★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 重量鉄骨造の狭小ビルを約9年前に建築して頂きました。自社鉄工所があるため、構造体だけでなく、鉄骨階段や手すり、家具の一部に至るまで、鉄骨で造作していただき、狭小であったにもかかわらず、非常にがっしりとした作りです。
内装（大工工事や壁紙）に関しては、希望通りに行かない部分も多かったのですが、施主側の要望を事前にしっかりと設計に反映できた上での着工であればトラブルは起こりにくいと思います。
設計については、構造体自体は坂本鉄工建設にまかせて問題ありませんが、意匠設計は設計士の方を紹介してもらうか、別で頼んだほうが良いでしょう。良くも悪くも職人気質で、細かい内装の要望などは不得意ですが（そのため、別で設計士にしっかりと図面を仕上げて貰う必要があります）、鉄骨に関してはプロフェッショナルであり、構造上難しい鉄骨建造物を手掛けていたりします。
今ならああしておけばよかった、こうしておけばよかったなどは色々ありますが、9年間住んでいて大きな地震でも揺れも大きくなく、全く心配せず安心して暮らせています。

Good or bad, it is a craftsman, and I am not good at requesting detailed interiors (for that reason, I need to have a designer finish the drawing firmly), but I am a professional in steel frame construction, which is structurally difficult. I'm working on things.
There are various things that I should have done now, such as what I should have done, but I have lived for 9 years and have lived with peace of mind without worrying about a big earthquake or shaking.
