2年目点検でお世話になりました。点検自体は問題ありませんでしたが、クロス修繕は別の会社に委託らしく二ヶ月後には担当から連絡がくるとの事でしたが、1年ほど音沙汰なしでした。こちらから催促し、予約しましたが日程が合わずキャンセルし、別日を後日連絡する旨を伝えましたが当時運悪く夫婦揃って体調を崩した時期だったためすっかり連絡を忘れてしまいました。随分時間がたってどうなったのかと問い合わせると、予約をキャンセルした際に別日を希望したにもかかわらず無料修繕もキャンセル扱いになっていました。そのためこちらへの変更の日付の催促も全くなかったようです。今からだと有償なら…と言われたため諦めましたが、1年近く放置され、勝手にキャンセルされ本来受けられるサービスをちゃんと受けられずガッカリでした。

There was no problem with the inspection itself, but it seems that the cross repair was outsourced to another company, and the person in charge would contact me two months later, but there was no sound for about a year. I urged from here and made a reservation, but the schedule did not match and I canceled it and told that I would contact you at a later date, but unfortunately it was a time when the couple got sick and I completely forgot to contact. When I asked what happened after a long time, when I canceled the reservation, even though I requested another day, the free repair was also canceled. Therefore, it seems that there was no reminder for the date of the change here. I gave up because I was told that I would have to pay for it from now on, but I was disappointed that I was left unattended for almost a year and was canceled without permission and could not receive the service that I was supposed to receive.
