h	hideki sinoyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々は吉祥寺の駅前にあった店。二階建からワンフロアに変わったけど、店舗面積自体はあまり変わっていない印象です。年配スタッフの接客や知識は安心感がありますが、20半ば位のアルバイトらしき男性スタッフは接客が低レベルです。可能なら星なし評価が妥当。商品知識がないのは年齢や経験不足から仕方ないとして、何故か上から目線で接客してきます。かといって会話から推測しても、登った山はさほどな感じです。靴の在庫を尋ねると「そこにあるだけです」で終わり。カウンターから出ようともしなければ、探す素振りもしません。在庫の箱がどこにあるかを客が探す登山用品店なんて驚きです。そのメーカーがEUサイズ表記だったのでcm換算を尋ねたけれど、答えられないばかりか挙句の果てに誤魔化されました。カタログで調べれば換算表も載っている筈なのに、つくづく一手間が面倒らしいです。店や品揃えに非がある訳ではないので、店員が誰かを確認の上で買い物をする店ですね。ただの買いまわり品なら吉祥寺か立川に出た方が早いです。 Originally a store in front of the station in Kichijoji.
