1Fはキッズとアクセサリで、地下がメインです。それほど広い店舗ではなく、売れ筋商品がそろってる感じでした。
欲しい物はちゃんと購入できたし、店員さんも当たり前のように親切丁寧で満足できました。
I came to the store in search of Terbonne Jogger.
The 1st floor is for kids and accessories, mainly in the basement. It wasn't a very large store, and it felt like it had all the best-selling products.
I was able to purchase what I wanted, and the clerk was kind, polite and satisfied as a matter of course.

スタッフによって接客の対応が違う時があるのが残念で、土日の混雑時には、雑さが目立ち、「こんにちは」や「ありがとうございます」を言わない方も居ます。
他ブランド、初パタゴニアユーザーの場合には、お声掛けをして来て、パタゴニアユーザーだと、顔馴染み以外は声をかけて来ませんでした。
久しぶりに訪れたが、あまり良い気持ちでは無かったので直ぐにお店から出て来ました。
昔と違って、独特な接客が無くなり、セレクトショップ的な方向性になっている気がします。
環境問題に積極的な企業ではあるが、接客中に環境について説明してくるスタッフはほとんど居ない。
また、子育てエリアな為か、キッズとライフスタイルを強く入れており、テクニカル系は少ないのが残念で、在庫も事前に調べた方が確実です。
パタゴニアはシンプルで多用途性の高いウェアだが、オリジナルの環境リサイクル製品の為かとても高価。
昔と違い、素材は弱く、耐久性が無いのが現状で、逆に買い替える回数や修理が増え、環境に負荷がかかっている事がとても残念でならない。

Unlike in the past, the material is weak and not durable, and on the contrary, the number of replacements and repairs has increased, and it is very unfortunate that the environment is burdened.

Patagonia is also the leader in environmental consciousness in the clothing industry (for example, they didn't give disposable bags with purchases and they put a lot of thought into how their materials are sourced) and their gear is top quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very neat, clean well stocked shop with excellent helpful staff. Totally by accident passed this shop and remembered I had a problem with my Patagonia rucksack. They were so kind to fix the straps and gave me a Patagonia sticker too. What service! Great! Sure to come back and will buy something then ?
