ぽ	ぽてちん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらは焼肉店と聞いていましたがランチもやっていると知り初めてお伺いしました。カウンター席に座るとすぐにお水とお手拭きが提供され本日のランチが何であるか教えてくれました。ランチメニューを見ると「鶏カツ」とありました。チキンカツと書かず鶏カツってあえて書いてあることに興味がわき鶏カツを注文しました。店内には感じのいい音楽が流れていて落ち着いた雰囲気でした。カウンターでは女性スタッフの方々がお仕事をされていましたがお客様を向かい入れる時の声、お客様を席へご案内する時、配膳をする時など明るくハキハキしていて背中越しに聞いていてとても感じが良かったです。ほどなくして鶏カツ定食が運ばれてきました。鶏カツは薄衣に包まれてザクッジュワッとした食感でした。注文を受けてからの調理ということで食べ終わるまでアツアツでした。チキンカツと言うとお肉が真っ白っていうものが多かったですがこちらの鶏カツは肉がうっすら赤みがかっていていて衣のザクッとした食感と弾力あるお肉の歯ごたえでとても美味しくいただきました。タイミングをみて飲み物を用意してくださる気配りも嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。 I heard that this is a yakiniku restaurant, but I visited for the first time when I learned that I also have lunch.
