行く前に予約してあったので，個室に案内されました。
鱧まんじゅう，美味しかったな。ほっこりのカボチャがふっくらとした鱧で巻かれていました。蒸して銀餡をかけています。料理のひとつひとつが，とても丁寧に作られているのがわかります。風味豊かな名物・とろろどうふもオススメ。
 The store is tidy and very beautiful.
I made a reservation before going, so I was taken to a private room.
The manju was delicious. A small pumpkin was wrapped in a plump bowl. Steamed with ginseng. You can see that each dish is made very carefully. Also recommended is the Toro Dorofu, which has a rich flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの第3期直前ですがお世話になった先生を招いて昼食しました。本当に素晴らしいお店でした。落ち着いた雰囲気の中、季節に応じた気合いの入った料理が出され、味と量も大満足です。会計の際、思わず［やす！］と言いそうになったのは関西人のご愛嬌。店員さんも客をよく見ていて好感。私は大阪の人間ですが、京都に店を構えるという地力を見せつけられました。次回は夜も利用させてもらいたくなるお店でした。

わかりにくい場所にありますが、店の前まで車をつけることは出来ます。
有名な、豆大福ふたば、の一角西側です。
ランチにコース料理をいただきました。
甘鯛をつけたほうです。
特に、天ぷらが絶品でした。軽くて軽くてサクカリとしてパリッと揚がっています。
このような天ぷらを食べたのは、初めてです。
味付けは繊細で、素材の味と色を生かしている。
前菜は、インゲン豆にノリ、キャベツ、人参、どれも、うまい。
ベジタリアンをお願いしたところ、他にお客さんがいなかったのが幸いしたのでしょうか、食材は、すべてベジタリアン対応してくれました。甘鯛は、賀茂なすに変更してくれましたし、小エビは海苔にしてくれました。

I would like to put on sweet potato.
Especially, tempura was excellent. It's light and light, and it's crispy fried as saukkari.
It is the first time I have eaten such a tempura.
The seasoning is delicate, taking advantage of the taste and color of the material.
The appetizers are green beans, nori, cabbage and carrots, all delicious.
When I asked for a vegetarian, it was fortunate that there were no other customers, but all the ingredients were vegetarian. Sweet potato changed to Kamo eggplant and small shrimp served as nori.
