d	daijini kotobawo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても静かな場所。心が落ち着きますね。観光客が来る大きな有名なお寺ではありませんが、江戸時代初め頃の御堂が今も残っています。山の木々や鳥や虫の声に包まれ、仏様が「心を休めていきなさい」と優しくお声をかけてくださったような気分になるお寺でした。墓参で西寿寺にお参りしたので、御堂も水琴窟も見ることはかないませんでしたが、心の落ち着くお寺でした。樹木葬や散骨など従来のお墓の形ではないお墓を用意されていて、ペットの合祀墓やペットと一緒に入る区画などのとても現代的な霊園もあります。このお寺に眠る方々のためにも静かな安らげる場所なのかもしれません。お参りの車の駐車場がありますが、すれ違いが困難どころか不可能なタイトな上に見通しの難しい道路を通ります。マイカーで行かれる方はとくに注意してください。 Very quiet place. 白	白ベイ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道162号線の福王子交差点をこえて道なりに進んでいくと右側に法蔵寺道と道しるべの石碑があるのでここを右折しての登って行き嵯峨野病院をこえった所にあるのが「西寿寺」になります。「西寿寺」は浄土律・捨世派のお寺です。山号は泉谷山。ご本尊の阿弥陀如来になります。袋中上人が開基した尼寺になります。境内散策は自由にできますが本堂は外側からしか拝観出来ません。拝観は午前10時～午後4時迄。拝観料は無料。門前に参拝者用の駐車場があります。階段をのぼった先にある本堂を参拝して振り返った先には、京都市内の景色が一望出来て、素晴らしいです。また、本堂は、中にはいれないので二階建てかわかりませんが外見は二階建てに見えます。あまり見ないタイプの建物です。私は、テレビドラマはあまり見ないのでわかりませんが、ほかの方の口コミを読んでいると、京都地検の女に登場する成増刑事の実家という設定で使われているようですね。 If you go over the Fukuoji intersection on National Highway 162 and follow the road, you will see the Hozoji Road and the stone monument on the right side. If you're a bit lost just follow the giant buddha statue! Close to this area you can walk in the forest and see multiple old shrines.
