★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 複数の距離の異なるコースがあり組み合わせることができる。起伏はあまり激しくなく、幅も広く、芝もよく整備されていて、ランニングしやすい。物足りないと思う人もいるであろう。おそらく積雪期のスキーでもよいコースとなるのではないでしょうか。
There are several courses with different distances that can be combined. The undulations are not so intense, wide and the lawn is well maintained, making it easy to run. Some people may find it unsatisfactory. Perhaps it is a good course for skiing during the snowy season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空気はいいし眺めもなかなか、お目当ての鈴蘭がまだ少し早かったのが残念。往復四時間はちょっと‥梅雨時ならいいかも知れませんね。

芝の上を走るのは気持ちいいですね！裸足でも走れる‼️
運動後の温泉掛け流し♨️最高でした！またトレーニングに行きます。
