★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ頃から開抗されていたのか詳しい事は分かりませんが広島県、鳥取県、の県境に近い岡山県新見市神郷町高瀬地区にある鉱山跡です
亀尾神社から南西に位置する山にあります
アスファルトの舗装は砂利道になるので徒歩での散策をおすすめします
鉱山登山口前の農業小屋前の空地か川に掛かる小さな橋に駐車スペースがあります
登山道は片側が大きくえぐれ溝になっており瓦礫や杉の落葉が散乱しています
施設近くになると湧水を管理する側溝から水が溢れ沼地のようになっています
駐車スペースの様な広場があるので操業当時は車が往来出来たのでしょう
建物は激しく倒壊しており辺りには廃材が散乱しています
危険が伴いますので見学は自己責任でお願いします
選鉱場跡、トロッコレール跡、ズリ山、階段、手摺、休憩場らしき小屋等の遺構が残っています
かつては働く人々の活気や操業する設備の音が長閑な山間部にこだましていたのでしょうが現在は自然に飲み込まれて朽ちて行くのを待つだけの廃墟と化しています
