ミニストップが展開するソフトクリーム専門店。関西・名古屋・関東を中心に12店舗展開していて京都では2店舗目。注文はタッチパネル式の券売機を使っていて、電子マネーやクレジットカードは有人レジにて会計。【味】ソフトクリームは原材料はミニストップもミニソフも同じで北海道産の生乳を生クリームを使用した濃厚の味が楽しめる。ただし、ミニソフでは製造する時に加える空気の量を変えているらしく口当たりミニソフの方が少し滑らからしいが個人的にはそこまで変わらない印象… 他にはソフトクリームの量や使っているコーンもミニストップと違う。【感想】ミニストップのソフトクリームが税込235円という低価格でありながらコンビニで手軽に美味しいソフトクリームが購入できるから人気な訳でそれに比べるとミニソフは少し割高感があって価格差以上の満足感は小さいかな… せっかくソフトクリーム専門にしてるならフルーツやトッピングや味を増やしたり、ミニストップの期間限定だった人気商品を復刻したり、季節限定メニューを増やしたり色々やり方があると思う。けど、ソフトクリームの味はほんとに美味しいからそこはブレずに頑張ってほしい。
