T	T T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気比神宮と違い敦賀の外れに位置するため注目を受けていないが、紅葉の美しさや建物の古さではこちらも一見の価値がある寺院。創建年は1368年とのこと。観光客が殆んどいないため、数百年前にタイムスリップした気分を味わえる穴場的スポット。歴史観を損なう修復(耐震補強？）に少々がっかりするが、観光客は殆んど来ない地元密着の寺院であることから、予算の都合と理解できる。駐車場は無料。重要文化財も多く所蔵されているが、通常はほぼ無人の状態となるため、多くは一般公開日でなければ見る事ができない。特に歴史ファンには一見の価値があると思われる。 It is located on the outskirts of Tsuruga, unlike Kehi Jingu, but it is a temple worth seeing because of the beauty of the autumn colors and the age of the building. The foundation year is 1368. Since there are few tourists, this spot is a secret spot where you can feel as if you have traveled back hundreds of years. I am a little disappointed in the restoration (seismic strengthening?) That spoils the view of history, but it is understandable as a budget because it is a temple closely linked to the locals with few tourists. Parking is free. Many important cultural properties are also stored, but since they are usually almost unoccupied, many can only be seen on the public day. Especially for history fans, it seems to be worth a look.

ね	ねこちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西福寺の敷地内に有り、景観が有名な庭園。お寺自体は無料で見学できるが、庭園は300円の有料。見学した季節が4月中頃だったが、庭の景観は良いとは感じず・・。仏教の極楽浄土を見事に表現した庭だそうだが、分かりやすい説明も無い上に、それらしくも見えず。他の季節、時期なら奇麗なのだろうか。 Located on the grounds of Saifukuji Temple, the garden is famous for its scenery. The temple itself can be visited for free, but the garden costs 300 yen. The season I visited was in the middle of April, but I didn't feel the scenery in the garden was good. It seems that the garden is a beautiful representation of the Buddhist paradise, but it doesn't look like it as well as there is no easy-to-understand explanation. Is it beautiful in other seasons and times?
七	七面鳥放浪記 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 堂宇も庭園もそれなりのものではあるので★三つの評価としていますが、どうにも無個性でここならではの魅力に欠けます。周辺は平坦な農地ゆえ立派な山門は遠くからでもよく目立ちます。ただし鉄筋コンクリート製の「なんちゃって社寺建築」なため趣に欠けます。この時点で「鼻毛の出ているイケメン」的な残念さが漂います。その先にある主だった堂宇は国の重要文化財に指定されていますが、いずれも早期の大修理が望まれる状態です。庫裏は床が波打っていて、御影堂は足場を組み上げて屋根を支えています。大雪でも続けばそのまま倒壊しそうで不安になります。国指定名勝の書院庭園も、私が訪れた折には芝生の手入れが十分でなく見栄えがいまひとつでした。そうは言っても堂宇も回廊もなかなかのものなので、アクセスの悪さをふまえても「来るんじゃなかった」とは思いません。ただ、わざわざ敦賀まで足を運ぶ動機にはならないように思いました。修理の計画はあるようなので、それが終わってまだ私が生きていれば再訪してみます。 Since both Dou and the garden are of their own, they are rated three times, but they are unique and lack the charm of this place. Beyond that, the main Dou is designated as a national important cultural property, but all of them are in a state where early major repairs are desired. The floor is wavy on the back of the warehouse, and Mikagedo builds scaffolding to support the roof. If you continue even in heavy snow, it will likely collapse and you will be anxious. The Shoin Garden, a nationally designated scenic spot, did not look good because the lawn was not well maintained when I visited. Having said that, both Dou and the corridor are quite good, so I don't think "I didn't come" even considering the poor access. However, I didn't think it would be a motivation to go to Tsuruga. There seems to be a repair plan, so if it's over and I'm still alive, I'll come back.
