★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shrine maidens do goshuin seals here. It was pretty busy on a weekend in May, there were people coming and leaving the shrine grounds. It was a bit difficult to take a nice picture without anybody entering the frame.
Parking is to the left of the shrine just beyond the rental bicycle lot. The shrine is designated as an important cultural property; during the WW II bombings, only the Tori gate had survived.

May be the biggest shrine over there.
Just about 10min by walk from Tsuruga station.
You can spend a peaceful time over there.
