サ	サント船長 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 油掛町の新丸太町通の南、有栖川沿いの四辻の交差する地点に地蔵堂が建ち、油掛地蔵（あぶらかけじぞう）が安置されている。道は北へ向かうと大覚寺へ、洛中より西へ向かうと天龍寺、嵐山へ通じている。堂には、「大覚寺油掛地蔵尊」の看板が掲げられている。地蔵尊に油を掛けると所願成就するといわれている。地蔵尊は長年にわたり油を掛けられ、辺りに油の匂いが立ち、油は層を成して黒変している。 A Jizo-do is built at the intersection of Shijonawate River along the Arisu River in the south of Shin-Marutamachi-dori, Aburakake-cho, and the Aburakake Jizo is placed in the park. F	Fujiiちぇぶらーしか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のレビューにもありますが、実は地蔵ではなく大日如来さまですね。ここは嵐山の大覚寺の管轄です。この油掛地蔵。ホントに昔からありまして、私も幼少の頃からよく親と一緒に自宅の油を持って出掛け、この地蔵さまに油をかけていました。その頃は、ここは有名ではなく、この地域の人しか行かなかったような場所で、今でも地元の方々に愛され、地元民の井戸端会議の場でもあり、心の拠りどころでもあります。地元の方々は『あぶらかけさん』と呼んでいます。『ちょっと油掛けさん行ってくる』みたいな感じです。なので、ホントはあまり人に教えたくないのです。まぁ、あまり行かれることもないかも知れませんが、一般的な観光客の多い有名どころと違う、『手垢のついていない』昔ながらの京都・嵐山地方の雰囲気を感じたいなら、間違いなくこの周辺です。お時間があるなら、気軽にお出掛けください。 As you can see in other reviews, it's actually Dainichi Nyorai, not Jizo.
