I love kuri manju and chestnut okowa, and this season I turn my legs. The bean paste and chestnuts are not too sweet and are the most favorite taste of the chestnut manju in Kyoto.

初めて伺ったのですが、フルーツ大福等の流行りのものからスタンダードな和菓子まで店舗規模の割に販売されている商品が多いお店だなと感じました。
また、どの商品も廉価で買いやすいなと思いました。だからなのか、ひっきりなしにお客さんが来られて、皆さん手慣れた感じで買って行かれるので、地元の方に愛されるお店なのでしょうね。
母には水まんじゅう等の夏らしい商品を買いました。
I asked to buy souvenirs for my mother who likes sweets.
When I first visited, I felt that there are many products that are sold for the size of the store, from trendy items such as fruit Daifuku to standard Japanese sweets.
I also thought that all products were cheap and easy to buy. That's why customers come all the time, and everyone buys it with a familiar feel, so it's a store loved by locals.
For my mother, I bought water steamed buns and other summer products.

なんと言っても私のお勧めは《シソ餅》漬け込まれたシソの塩味とお餅に包まれた餡とのバランス・大きさが絶妙だと思います。
It's not a big store, so it might be hard to find.
After all, my recommendation is that the balance and size of "Shiso mochi" soaked in perilla and the bean jam wrapped in mochi are perfect.
