ご担当いただいた八木様は気持ちよく物件をご案内くださいましたし、我が家は制約や条件が多いにも関わらず丁寧にご対応・ご説明してくださいました。
内見したは良いけれど貸主さんがOKを出さないなど他の不動産屋さんでは良くあることでしたが、八木様は内見する前に管理会社さんなどにしっかり確認をとってくださってからご案内くださったのでがっかりすることもありませんでした。
知識や経験も豊富で無駄なやり取りはなく、的確にアドバイスをしてくださり、迅速に対応してくださるのでとても信頼を持てました。
LINE等でのやりとりもできるのでとっても助かりました。
他の方のレビュー通り、こちらのネクストライフ相模大野店さんにして良かったです。

It was good to have a preview, but the lender did not give an OK, which was common in other real estate agents, but Mr. Yagi will guide you after confirming with the management company etc. before previewing. I wasn't disappointed because he gave me this.
I was very confident because I had a wealth of knowledge and experience, there was no wasteful exchange, and he gave me accurate advice and responded promptly.
It was very helpful because I could exchange with LINE etc.
As reviewed by other people, I'm glad I made this Next Life Sagamiono store.

対応はとても丁寧で、物件や周辺環境についてもとても詳しく、安心してお任せできる方でした。
不動産はお店によって全く対応が違います。
こちらはカウンターのパソコンで一緒に物件を話しながら探してくださるので、時間のロスもなく良かったです。
自分が物件に何を求めるか、何を妥協出来るのかなど、私自身が気付いていなかった事もしっかり突きつめてくださったので、物件探しが明確になりました。
不動産によっては、客の要望を軽く聞き裏に行って数件印刷してきて物件を紹介するところなどもあります。
そういった所は時間のロスも多く、要望も深掘りしてくれないので、中々話が進みません。
今回は先に行っていた不動産の自社物件に決まったため、こちらで契約はなりませんでしたが、ご縁があれば是非お願いしたいです。
ご丁寧な対応、ありがとうこざいました。
