スタッフさんが親切かつ丁寧。また、曲がった事が嫌いで熱い笑
色々と知らない不動産の表裏を詳しく教えてくれるので人に騙されない知識を身につけられます。
総合的に物件を案内できるそうなので、他の不動産で探してもらった部屋を再び内見することや契約も可能です(もしかしたら良い事があるかもしれません)。
スタッフ間も仲が良さそうで、雰囲気も良かったです。
【人によっては悪い点】
対応が丁寧な分、時間がかかるのでその日急いでる人には不向きかもしれません。
また、次々とかかってくる電話対応等でこちらが少し待つこともあります。でも、その間資料をじっくり見れたり考えたりできるので人によりけり。
私は行って良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某お部屋探しサイトからここの不動産に空室や初期費用の問い合わせをしました。最初は返信も早く、とても丁寧なメールでした。ですがその後、入居時期や条件を記載したアンケートを回答すると、途端に連絡が来なくなりました。あまりに遅いのでこちらから連絡をしたら、希望入居時期的に今紹介可能な物件がないから連絡しなかった、との事。それならそれでその旨を連絡するべきです。あり得ません。酷い対応です。ここの不動産はあくまでも即入居の人のみ親切に対応する不動産らしいです。その他の人にはそっけなく適当な態度の不動産です。即入居の人には優しそうなんで即入居の人限定ですね。即入居の人はいいんじゃないですかね。たとえば、1ヶ月先に入居の人にも恐らく冷たい態度でしょう。少なくとも私は二度とここの不動産にはお世話になりません。かなり不快な思いをさせられました。憤りさえ感じました。担当者が悪かっただけかもしれませんが…とにかくおすすめはしません。星1つも付けたくないですが、仕方なく1で。
