他の部屋は新しく交換されているのに同じように対応して貰えませんでした。
何かにつけ対応が遅いです。

部屋選びからトラブルの対処もスムーズにやって頂きました。女性の一人暮らしなので防犯の面も考えて下さったり、家賃の予算も考慮してくれました。不動産屋だから当たり前との考え方もあると思いますが、当たり前を当たり前にやる事ができない所もあると思います。内覧を案内してくれた女性の方もテキパキしていて好感度ありました。退去時は清掃費引いた分の返金は当然ですし、広さによっても相場の清掃費は変わると思いますが精算内容はキチッと説明してくれました。そもそも最初の契約の時も書面にていろいろ説明ありますので不安もなく入居、退去できました。
大手の不動産会社とはもちろん違いますが、そこは街の不動産屋さん。営業さんとの相性はあるかと思いますが、私は案内してくれた女性の方始め、お願いして良かったと思いました。

その後の案内も丁寧で、安心してお付き合いが出来そうです。

相談したら毎回よく話も聞いてくれなかったし、終始めんどくさそうだった。
担当者に逆ギレされたこともあった。
丁寧さ、連絡の綿密さ、親身になってくれる度合いが著しく低い。
全てこちらからいちいち確認を取らないといけない。毎回言葉が足りない。お金に関することも全く信用できなかった。
退去時意味不明なお金を取られた。
対応も含め、もう二度と利用しない。

強気に出てくるけどその他のことは
自分たちはわかりません、
仲介業者に問い合わせてくださいの一点張り。
担当3回変わったが都合いいとこだけ
引き継がれていてその他は
引き継がれてなくてなんの意味もなし。
特に女性のスタッフの対応がとても悪い。
退居時の壁の傷などの精算書送ってきたのに
まだ請求はしてないなど意味わからない事言ったり
基本的に喧嘩腰な口調で毎度気分悪い、
他と比べての対応の悪さに驚きます。
ちなみにペット可の物件なのは知ってましたが
ただ飼うかわからなかったので
飼ったら連絡のはずだったし、
飼わないなら55000円も知らなかったです。
ペット飼ってた証拠出せではなく、
飼ってなかった証拠を諸々の負担は私で出せと
最初の担当の人には言われました。
最初から最後まで気分悪かったです。
あと、後日この口コミを消してほしいと買収されそうになりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内見行ったけど部屋の電気はついてないし、それについて事前に説明も全くなかった、風呂場からは異臭がした。真っ暗な部屋を1人で内見するのは怖すぎて、19歳にしてちびりそうになった。懐中電灯の用意ぐらいはあっても良いと思った。真っ暗で部屋の様子が分かんないのに電話越しにお部屋どうでした？と聞かれたので、よく分かりませんでした、と答えるしかなかった。もうちょっと客の立場になってください。これではエステートシンワから客が離れていくだけだと思う。電話とかの対応などはとても丁寧かつ元気で良かった分残念でした。
