★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場に近い物件だったので不動産の口コミを気にせず選びましたが、今まで利用した不動産で断トツで最悪。部屋物件か2年更新なのに駐車場は毎年更新、その度に更新料をとられれる。 更に、「鍵の交換が入居までに間に合わなかってんで、入居後で都合のいい日に交換作業に伺わさせてください」とのこと。呆れて反論する気も起きません。挙げ句のはては、交換した鍵は旧式のシリンダー鍵。リロ会員クラブや自治会費は強制徴収するくせに、入居者への防犯費用は無関心。
絶対におすすめしない業者です。

The parking lot is renewed every year even though it is a room property or renewed for 2 years, and a renewal fee is charged each time. In addition, he said, "The key exchange was not in time for the move-in, so please let me come to the exchange work on a convenient day after moving in." I don't feel like arguing with amazement. After all, the exchanged key is an old-fashioned cylinder key. Although Lilo member clubs and self-government membership fees are forcibly collected, there is no interest in crime prevention costs for residents.
I definitely do not recommend it.

ニコリとも笑わない無愛想な女性が営業さんのようです。
物件に入ると早く決めないともう他の人の内見予定が入っていると言われました。
言っていることもわかりますが印象も悪い上に言い方も最悪です。
やる気もないようです。
もうこちらは二度と利用しません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初の電話対応から契約まで本当にお世話になりました。特に、担当してくださった方が今野さんでよかったと思います。内見で見逃してしまった部分があると伝えたら、確認できるように再度空いているお部屋を見せてくださったり、支払いに関してもタイミングで困った時に融通を利かせて下さって非常に助かりました。
男性スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でしたが、非常に型通りの対応だったことが少し残念です。男性スタッフのご案内で、不安や疑問に思ったことも、今野さんがオーナーさんと事前に調整してくださったおかげでなんとかなりましたし、できる限りの範囲でも、工夫次第で改善できる点はたくさんあると思います。
全体的に、担当者の方のスキル次第で満足度が大幅に変わると思いました。私は非常に満足しています。

Overall, I thought that satisfaction would change significantly depending on the skill of the person in charge. I am very happy.
