店長さんの対応もとても親切で、パソコンのことはあまりよくわからない私にも理解できるように
丁寧に説明してくれ、安心して修理をお願いできました。
こういう修理の相場はよくわかりませんが、修理もいちにちでやってくれ
受け取りのときに写真を見せて丁寧に説明をしてくれたので
いろいろ勉強にもなり、またパソコンの調子が悪くなったら
すぐに相談にいこうと思える安心できる印象のお店でした。
私が使っているパソコンはNECのノートパソコンで買ったときは15万くらいのパソコンでしたが、もう6-7年経っていて
買い替えを考えなきゃいけないと思っていたのですが
5万弱の修理であと数年使えそうな状態にしてもらったようなので
同じような状況の方は、パソコンで不具合を感じたら
とりあえず相談に行ってみたほうがいいと思います。
良いお店を見つけました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SSDが故障し昼休みに修理に出しましたが、翌朝には修理完了するという迅速さに驚きました。料金もメーカー修理に出すより安く、説明も懇切丁寧で良かったです。おまけに筆ぐるめがついてくるというサービスがありました(笑)
これからも機会があれば利用したいです。

こちらの前に他店にも相談したのですが、「電源が入らない」といった瞬間「修理は無理」と言われてしまって困ってしまいましたが、こちらのお店ではPCの動作と状況をとても丁寧に聞いて頂けて預かって頂けました。
また、診断から部品の調達、修理までをほぼ一日で対応頂きました。
かつ、現在のPCの状況を詳しく説明してくださり、内部のお掃除もして頂いてしまい大変恐縮でした。
こちらのお店に頼んで本当に良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バッテリーがPCの検査ソフト上では異常無しであるのに、AC電源でONしても必ず電源が落ちてしまう状態に。NECのPCですが、以前メーカーでバッテリー交換してもらった時に、PC送付して偉く時間がかかってしまった。その経験も含めて電話で相談すると、バッテリー不良を疑って頂き、さらに、バッテリーを取り寄せてからPCを持ち込んでもよいとのこと。
昨晩、PCを預け、本日午前中には完了との連絡が入りました。
修理でたびたびお世話になることはないかもですが、いざというときに頼りになります。頼りにさせて頂きます。
