★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに年越し蕎麦を外で食べようと思ってサガミの晦日蕎麦が頭に浮かびネット予約をしようと思いました。
でも…
31日はどこももう予約出来なくて、念の為店舗へ電話をしてみたらお昼ごろと16時30分がかろうじて空いていたので、夕食にしては早いのですが夕方の16時30分を予約しました。
16時30分に間に合わず電話をしておき、予約の時に言われていた90分の18時までは席の確保をしてくださったので、遅れてもお食事できて助かりました。
17時前でも、もう待ちは出ていて帰りの18時には駐車場も待ちが出て混み合っていました。
晦日蕎麦は初めから３枚で出されるので、３枚めは少しパサパサになってしまっていました。
サガミの最高記録は80枚超えらしいですが、私は３枚でも充分お腹いっぱいです。
以前はとろろやなめこがあった記憶ですが、今回は付いていませんでした。
80代の母はそんなに食べられないからとエビが２本の天ぷら蕎麦にしました。
今年の年末も予約をしてゆったり食事をしたいので、早目の予約を忘れない様にしなくては…

I couldn't make a reservation anywhere on the 31st, so I called the store just in case, and it was barely open around noon and 16:30, so it's early for dinner, but 16:30 in the evening. I made the reservation.
I called in time for 16:30 and secured a seat until 18:00, which was said at the time of booking, so I was able to eat even if I was late.
Even before 17:00, the waiting was already out and the parking lot was waiting at 18:00 on the way back and it was crowded.
Since the New Year's soba is served in 3 pieces from the beginning, the 3rd piece has become a little dry.
Sagami's highest record seems to be over 80, but I'm full with 3 of them.
I remember that I used to have tororo and nameko, but this time I didn't.
My mother in her 80s made two tempura soba noodles because she couldn't eat that much.
I want to make a reservation at the end of this year and have a relaxing meal, so I have to make sure to make an early reservation ...
