ふぐの大きな看板とうなぎの旗、値段に惹かれて入って食べてみるとうなぎは外はカリッとして中はふわっとしてとても美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご夫婦で切り盛りしている素敵なお店です。メニューは蒲焼とひつまぶしだけとシンプル。それだけ鰻に自信があると感じました。さすがに三河の鰻、美味しかった。ご飯も主役です。余裕があれば、肝焼きもご賞味あれ。駐車場もあります。
It's a nice shop that the couple are working on. The menu is simple with only kabayaki and hitsumabushi. I felt that I was confident in the eel. As expected, the Mikawa eel was delicious. Rice is also the leading role. If you can afford it, you can also enjoy grilled liver. There is also a parking lot.

気になった事としては、ひつまぶしとして食べる鰻としては少々水っぽい感じで、他のレビューの写真ほど火が入ってない状態で提供された事と、
カツオベースのダシが自分には強く感じた事、そしてわさびの風味がイマイチだった。
また、自分が店に入ったタイミングが悪かったのか、入店時に店内のBGMが止まっていたり、客間の電気が節電で消えていたりと、おもてなしの雰囲気ではありませんでしたが、ご主人が精一杯の笑顔であいさつをしてくれるので、幸い嫌な気分にはなりませんでした。

味は、食べれば分かります。チョッと甘めで、優しい味です。お酒飲みには物足りないかも知れないです。
あと、電話で予約するときに、メニュー聞かれますので、予約前にメニュー見て、、、と言っても、お重orまぶしの、ふつうorハーフの4パターンなので、あらかじめ人数分決めておくと良いと思います。

お店の方々は良さそうな方。鰻のまぶしを食べました。味も良かった。ボルュームが凄かった。お値打ちなお値段かと思います。
The road to the parking lot is too narrow. I thought I could only go with a small car that was good at driving.
The people in the shop look good. I ate eel glare. The taste was also good. The volume was amazing. I think it's a good price.

美味しいし、値段も鰻を考慮すれば良心的
量も多からず少なからず。
と言うか美味しいから食が進み、物足りなく感じる。
コロナ対策もしてます。
しかし店内がガラガラなのが謎

鰻の旬は鰻が冬眠する前の秋から冬にかけてですが、あくまでも天然鰻の話で、水温調整で飼育される養殖鰻は冬眠をしないので旬は関係ないですが、気分的に旬の時期に旬の物をという事で、鶴舞線庄内通駅から徒歩5分ほどにあるお店、あさひさんへ行ってきました♪
こちらのお店はメニューの種類は少ないですが、ひつまぶしやうな重がリーズナブルに食べれます☝️
大きさは中型くらいだと思う鰻を1匹使ったひつまぶしやうな重が2900円とかなりリーズナブル☝️
注文したのはうな重の大盛(+100円)ですが、通常でご飯400g、大盛で700gと鰻を食べるといつもご飯が足りなく感じてしまう人にはありがたいお店?
鰻の焼き方は名古屋風(関西風)で、タレは甘すぎず辛すぎず個人的には好きな感じ?
うな重にはお新香とモズクに吸い物も付きますが、この吸い物がイイですね?
塩味は控え目でさっぱりとした吸い物には食感のいい湯葉や河豚の皮や身まで入っているのは嬉しい誤算です??
ボリュームもあってこの値段なら確実にまた来たくなるお店でした?

I went to Asahi-san, a shop about 5 minutes on foot from Shonaidori Station on the Tsurumai Line, because I wanted to buy seasonal foods.
This shop has a small variety of menus, but you can eat Hitsumabushi and Unaju at a reasonable price ☝️
Hitsumabushi and eel weight using one eel, which I think is about the size of a medium size, is quite reasonable at 2900 yen ☝️
I ordered a large serving of eel (+100 yen), but if you usually eat 400g of rice and 700g of large serving of eel, you will always feel that you are short of rice.
The method of grilling eel is Nagoya style (Kansai style), and the sauce is not too sweet and not too spicy, and I personally like it ?
Unajū also has soup on Shinka and mozuku, but this soup is good ?
It is a nice miscalculation that the salty taste is modest and the refreshing soup contains yuba, puffer fish skin and body with a nice texture ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service, owner can speak a little English so communication was not a problem for us. Food is also very delicious & the price is really affordable for Unagi. Friendly & Cheerful Owners who will help you the best they can. They have a Bar counter seat or in a tatami room. Highly recommended when you are in Nagoya or just passing by. Will return again for sure when I'm back to Japan! ??
