バリエーション豊かな点、以前より接客が丁寧になった点は評価できますが、やはり気になった点がありました。
写真にはないですが中トロなど価格の高いものが美味しいのは当たり前として、今回、穴子の不味さに驚きました。見た目からしアレ??って感じでしたが、焼きが中途半端で皮目がブヨブヨ気持ち悪かったですし、甘だれも美味しくなかった。大抵のお店でハズレを引いた事がないネタだけに、残念でした。それと、ネタを良く見せたいのか照明が以前よりテーブルに近くなっていて、タッチパネルが反射して見えづらい。最後に食したデザートのコーヒーゼリーが｢え、誰かの食べ残し？｣ぐらいふざけた内容量。トータルでこの価格帯なら、他所でもっと満足できるお店があるので、また暫く遠慮しておこうと思いました。

In total, if it is in this price range, there are shops that are more satisfying elsewhere, so I decided to refrain from doing so for a while.

夜遅くまでやっていた時は便利でしたね
ランチのお味噌汁もうれしいです
今はいらっしゃらないスタッフさんですけど
娘が知らずに「イカおくら」を頼んだら何も言わずに出してくださったけど
後でメニューに無かったのに気付いてお礼を言ったら
材料があれば大丈夫ですよと優しいお返事くださいました
スタッフさんも顔を覚えていて声掛けをしてくださるし感じ良いから好きです

ランチでお邪魔しました。
サラダと茶碗蒸しとデザートが付くのでlunchと好きな物を…
血糖値を上げない為に野菜ファーストができるのでありがたいです。
あら汁もいただけて美味しかったです。
いつもレモンをいただいてヤリイカをレモンとお塩で食べるのが好きです。
お安い回るお寿司屋さんではレモンいただけないんですよね。ｗ

回転寿司ですが、100円ではありません。
100円寿司と比べると値段は倍くらいかかりますが、やはりネタが違いますね。
レーンにはあまりお寿司は回っていない印象を受けました。
タッチパネルで注文し、板前さんから直接お寿司をいただくというパターンです。
握りたてを食べることができるのが嬉しいですね。

一人でゆったりごはんタイムを開始。
回転寿司屋ではありますが、タッチパネルで個別注文が可能。
流れている寿司は、全て透明なカバーに覆われているので、ホコリとか気にされる方にはとても良いと思います。
ネタはいずれも大振りで、一貫一貫の満足度が高かったです。
味についても、よくある回転寿司屋と比較した場合、確実にワンランク以上は上をいってると思います。
自分は回っている寿司と、直接注文したすしの比率は半々程度でしたが、品質管理が良いのか特に寿司の状態に差は感じ取れませんでした。
また、この日はあら汁のセルフサービスがあったので一緒に頂きましたが、なかなかおいしゅうございました。
この内容でも3000円いかない程度だったので、かなりCPは高いかなと思います。
コロナ対策についても平均以上にできていると思います。
機会があればまた立ち寄りたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best sushi in the area. The shop has undergone recent renovations and now has free miso soup on the menu as well. They have made the switch to electronic menus that helps ordering but the machines themselves are super clunky and dirty. They don’t seem to be wiped clean or sanitized often. The actual conveyor is good but again their attention to a cleaning schedule or sanitation enforcement is lacking as there was food debris and sauce splattered all over it and along the edges.
