 Even if you have a hearing disability, he was kind to me and responded by writing. I was surprised that the cashier greeted me in sign language thank you. I was able to shop comfortably. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 所狭しと陳列されている各種石鹸やフェイスパック、店舗から漂ってくる存在感の強烈な香り等々、いつ訪れても壮観ですし見ているだけでも楽しめます。
スタッフの皆さんも親切で、こちらの希望や贈る理由や目的（誕生プレゼント、クリスマスプレゼント、返礼等々）を伝えるとそれらの情報を元に色々と提案して下さるので大変助かります。
ここ以外のLUSHを知らないので比較のしようがないのですが、これまでのところこちらの店舗で大変満足しておりますので当面他の店舗を利用することは無いと思います。
もし他の店舗を利用する機会がありましたら追記してまいりたいと思います。
The various soaps and face packs that are displayed in a narrow space, the strong scent of the presence that drifts from the store, etc. are spectacular whenever you visit, and you can enjoy it just by looking at it.
The staff are also kind, and if you tell us your wishes, the reasons for giving them, and the purpose (birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, repayments, etc.), they will make various suggestions based on that information, which is very helpful.
I don't know about LUSH other than here, so I can't compare it, but I'm very satisfied with this store so far, so I don't think I'll use any other store for the time being.
If I have a chance to use another store, I would like to add it.

店員は丁寧で気持ちのいい接客をしてくれます。
色々目移りして余計に買い物してしまいます。

Some staff do speak English which is helpful. They will also show you the ingredients in English on an iPad.
