私はソースカツ丼を、後輩はスープローメンを。普通に美味しかった。
中華料理屋なので中華料理を食べたほうが良かったのかもしれませんが!
 On Tuesday, all the cafeterias near the ship were closed, so I searched and found them nearby. My junior wants to eat Lomen.
I have a sauce cutlet bowl, and my juniors have soup lomen. It was delicious as usual.
It's a Chinese restaurant, so maybe I should have eaten Chinese food!

初のローメン！
お味はジンギスカンの麺バージョンと言えばいいのだろうか？ノーマルな状態だと少し物足りない感じだったので、店員さんの持ってきたローメン用辛味噌とニンニクをかけてみた。
辛味噌サイコー！美味い、そして辛い。
餃子も味噌ダレ付けてくれたので試したら、普通の餃子タレよりも美味しかった。
この味噌ダレ欲しいな。
次、伊那に行くのが楽しみになりました。
I had to pass Ina at dinner, so I decided that Meshi was Lomen and decided to have a large parking lot.

Is the taste a noodle version of Genghis Khan? It was a little unsatisfactory in the normal state, so I tried sprinkling the spicy miso for lomen and garlic that the clerk brought.
Spicy miso! Delicious and spicy.
The dumplings also had miso sauce, so when I tried it, it tasted better than the regular dumpling sauce.
I want this miso sauce.
I was looking forward to going to Ina next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ローメンと餃子を頂きました。ローメンは、スープたっぷりのタイプで、一見するとラーメンにも見えますが、違います。スープのコクと太麺はローメン独特のもので、美味しい。ラムの臭みもないので、初めての方にも向いています。そのままでもいいですが、調味料として、ソース、酢、ラー油、ニンニクで、お好みで味変できるのも良い。餃子は、スーパー雑穀アマランサスを皮に用いてもっちり感あって、肉汁ジワーの餡と良く合って旨い。信州味噌ダレをつけて美味しさアップ。餃子も伊那の名物として売り出し中なのだそうです。
I had lomen and dumplings. Lomen is a type with plenty of soup, and at first glance it looks like ramen, but it's different. The richness and thick noodles of the soup are unique to Lomen and are delicious. It doesn't smell like lamb, so it's suitable for beginners. You can leave it as it is, but you can also use sauce, vinegar, chili oil, and garlic as seasonings to change the taste to your liking. The dumplings have a firm feel even when super millet amaranth is used for the skin, and it goes well with the gravy bean paste. Add Shinshu miso sauce to improve the taste. Gyoza is also on sale as a specialty of Ina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the best chashu ramen I had in Japan. Very thick and tasty slice of pork. Most of their dishes comes in a big portion and taste so good.
Friendly staff, served us complimentary pickled plums and lots of green tea.
Very traditional place, delicious food and good service.
