Personally, the lomen in this restaurant is somewhere between the yakisoba style and the soup style! We had plenty of sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and pepper. delicious! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ グーグルマップで伊那市の町中華を探していて見つけました。お伺いしてみるとお店の横に専用駐車場がありました。出入りするのにかなりヒヤッとしますからお楽しみに。入店するとテーブル席へ案内されて着席。メニュー表を見るとかなりの品数が記載されていました。その中から今回はワンタン麺をお願いしました。運ばれてきたワンタン麺のスープをすくいすすってみると塩味の後にほのかな甘みが余韻として残るコク旨スープでした。麺は細めでツヤツヤした茹で上がりに仕上げられていてスープとよくからんですすり心地も良かったです。ただ噛みごたえは柔らかめに茹で上がっていたのでちょっと物足りなかったです。ワンタンはとぅるんとした食感の中に肉々しい噛みごたえ旨味のある餡が詰まっていてとても美味しかったです。半分くらい食べ進めた後に卓上のコショウをふりかけてみました。ピリッとしたコショウのアクセントがよりコク旨スープの余韻を引き立てくれてこれまた美味しかったです。ごちそう様でした。(^o^)

Looking at the menu table, a considerable number of items were listed. I asked for wonton noodles this time. When I scooped up the wonton noodle soup that was brought in, it was a rich soup with a slight sweetness after the salty taste. The noodles were thin and shiny, boiled and finished well with the soup, so it was comfortable to rub. However, the chewy texture was softly boiled, so it was a little unsatisfactory. Wonton was very delicious because it had a smooth texture and was filled with bean paste that had a chewy texture and umami. After eating about half of it, I sprinkled some pepper on the table. The spicy pepper accents complemented the richness of the soup, which was also delicious. thank you for the food. (^ o ^)
