ふぐのぶつ切りは初めて食べましたが、
ふぐが肉厚でも美味しく感じるのは、
白子ソースと野菜が合わさって絶妙なバランスなんですよね。
一番感動したのは、ふぐの刺しです♡
ふぐ刺しにあん肝を一緒に食べても良いと勧められ、
こんな美味しいふぐ刺しは初めて、、、
普通のふぐ屋さんって、基本の料理が決まってますが、
澤いちさんは創作料理なんですよね。
それも、とてもふぐの美味しさを知り尽くしたような♪
