店内は和な雰囲気と洋風が混ざりあった品のある空間で置いてある美術品や作りがとても新鮮で洗練されておりました。
懐石のお料理も料、味、ペース素晴らしかったです。

優美な空間で京料理と米沢牛鉄板焼を供する「花郷 六本木店」
12:00～L.O.14:30のランチタイムは、米沢牛を使った肉料理や松花堂弁当等のクイックメニューをラインナップ。
「米沢牛ステーキ丼」税＋サービス料10%込2,662円
小鉢・サラダ・香の物・赤出汁付。
ステーキ丼は、刻み海苔ととろろを乗せたご飯の上に、食べやすいようにカットされた米沢牛ステーキ10カットと目玉焼き、ししとう・さやえんどう 椎茸 にんじん じゃがいもといった焼き野菜もゴロっとON。
鉄板焼のコースで使われているものと同じく、米沢牛食肉公社から直接仕入れている米沢牛を使用しており、一口で上等肉と分かる柔らか食感と良質な脂じゅわりで美味。
ステーキソースの味付けは品があり、ご飯はシャキっとした炊き加減で、とろろがいい仕事をしている。
りんごドレッシングが美味しいサラダ・とんぶりを乗せた小鉢の菊菜豆腐・香の物・なめこ入の赤出汁も品がある味わいで、満足感が高い一品。

At lunchtime from 12:00 to L.O.14: 30, we have a lineup of quick menus such as meat dishes using Yonezawa beef and Matsukado bento.
"Yonezawa beef steak bowl" tax + 10% service charge included 2,662 yen
Comes with a small bowl, salad, pickles, and red soup stock.
The steak bowl is made of rice topped with chopped seaweed and tororo, and 10 cuts of Yonezawa beef steak cut to make it easier to eat, fried egg, and grilled vegetables such as shito, pods, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes.
Like the one used in the teppanyaki course, Yonezawa beef purchased directly from the Yonezawa Beef Meat Corporation is used, and it has a soft texture that can be recognized as fine meat with a bite and is delicious with high-quality fat.
The steak sauce is seasoned well, and the rice is crispy and cooked, and it does a good job.
A delicious salad with apple dressing, a small bowl of chrysanthemum tofu with tonburi, pickles, and red soup stock with nameko are also delicious, making it a highly satisfying dish.
