年末のあいさつを含めた大学時代の友人との打ち合わせ後に、師走で混み気味の六本木の藪そばへ。
入った瞬間から臭ってくるほど、めっちゃ喫煙者多し。店内は煙が充満してて、一瞬ここは昭和の雀荘かと思った。・・・ともかく、ややテンション下げ気味でスタート。
さて、気を取り直して、お蕎麦はどうかと言うと、ガックリつなぎ多めの富士そば系のこだわりがなさそうなお蕎麦で、あまりおいしくなかった。しかも、藪そばなのにそばが思いのほか長く、少しだけ蕎麦汁につけるとか、だんらりしてて無理だった。
このレベル感でやっていけることを考えると、商売は味へのこだわりだけでなく、立地と値段、喫煙サービスによる固定客化も大切だと。
しかして、ランチぐらい禁煙にしてほしい。臭すぎる。
大好きな蕎麦湯も頂かず、あえなく撤退してしました。。。あと、最近気づいたんですが、冬場の自動ドア近くは、毎回人の出入りの度に寒い風が。。。これも学びです。
いくら近くでも、このお店にはもう行かないかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天婦羅が絶品なので。是非とも天ざるはオススメしたいです。蕎麦がきのお汁粉があるので。甘味が食べたい時にも。広めの店内に座席があるのでので。隣を気にせずに、ゆったりと食事が出来ます。ランチは、蕎麦や、うどんと丼物のセットがあるので。麺とご飯が食べたい欲求を満たしてくれます。また店員さんは笑顔が絶えず、接客も満点です。蕎麦が食べたくなったらドンキホーテの隣を目指してください。揚げたての熱々海老の天婦羅をご賞味ください。
