★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今のところ自分の中では、東京で最も好きなラーメン。 具も水菜や油揚げと柚子風味の肉みそ玉みたいなものが乗っていて、珍しいです。完食すると、真田の六文銭が出てきます。歴史ファンにはちょっとうれしいかも。
 For now, my favorite ramen in Tokyo. The ingredients are also unusual, as they have a kind of miso ball with minced vegetables, fried fish and egg-flavored meat. When you finish eating, Sanmon's six sentences will come out. A little bit happy for history fans.

美味しかったです。
しつこく無いスープに、太麺！自分好みでした。
注文は食券、券売機の隣にドリンクの自販機がありました！
店内はカウンターのみ。卓上にすりおろしニンニク、一味、コショウ、酢、塩が置いてありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環七通り沿いにあるラーメン屋さんです。
つけ麺が有名なようですが、私はラーメンしか食べたことがないです。
味は、醤油、濃厚醤油、味噌、塩の4種類です。
スープのベースは鶏・豚骨・魚介のブレンドだそうです。濃厚になると鰹の風味が強くなり、ちょっと酸味があるような気がします。
個人的にはあっさりしたスープだと思います。
麺は中太麺となっています。味噌らぁ麺以外基本のトッピングはチャーシュー1枚、水菜、メンマ、短冊切りの油揚げとなってます。
チャーシューは薄味の肉厚で、あまりパサついてはいないです。
六紋亭とつくメニューには、ゆず風味のそぼろ団子が付いてきます。ゆずの風味が強いので好みが分かれると思います。(私は好きです)
席ごとに胡椒、ニンニク、酢、七味、塩が置いてあります。
注文は券売機にて券を買って行います。
飲み物はソフトドリンクは店内の自販機で購入、お酒は券売機で券を買って注文です。
大盛りは無料です！
席はカウンターのみ。
トイレはあります。
It is a ramen shop located along Ring 7 Street.
It seems that katsumen is famous, but I have only eaten ramen.
There are four flavors: soy sauce, concentrated soy sauce, miso and salt.
The soup base is a blend of chicken, pork bones and seafood. As it gets thicker, the flavor of the salmon becomes stronger and it feels like it has a slight acidity.
Personally I think it is a light soup.
The noodles are medium thick noodles. The basic topping other than miso raa noodles is a piece of fried rice with a piece of chard chow, mizuna, menma and strips.
The char shell is light and thick, and it doesn't have much pata.
There is a yuzu-flavored sora dumpling on the menu with Rokumonji. I think the taste is different because the flavor of Yuzu is strong. (I like it)
Every seat has pepper, garlic, vinegar, sashimi and salt.
The order is made by buying a ticket at a ticket vending machine.
Soft drinks are purchased from the vending machine in the store, and sake is ordered by buying tickets from the ticket vending machine.
Large servings are free!
Seats are only at the counter.
There is a toilet.
