※これは私なりの、解釈に基づいものです。詳しくは、スタッフ迄で〜す。

高いだけあって内装の高級感はさすがです。
ただトレーニングする部屋が１フロアに数部屋あるので、他の方の声が聞こえてこないかな？という心配はありました。
ここで働いていた人が言うには、ライザップはマニュアルがあるのでトレーナーの勉強をしていなくてもトレーナーと名乗れ指導が出来るそうです。
それでこの料金は高い。
２ヶ月で～というわりには、維持・定着時期も必要といわれ半年コースなど勧められました。
無理に勧誘はされません。
