全てアラカルトでの注文でした。
通された個室の雰囲気も良いですし
カウンターもいい感じっぽいです。
(トイレの手前のテーブル席は少し味気ないかな)
ビルの中にある大箱でしたので正直あまり期待していませんでしたが
突き出しの 鯵の燻製 から美味しく みんなで当たりかもとなりました。
私も含め鯖好きが多く
金華サバ 半身
金華サバ 燻製
とサバづくしです。
しかし、両方ともあっという間になくなるくらい美味しい！
半身がかなり大きいですし、脂がのりまくっていて最高です。
燻製も酢締めの加減と燻製のバランスが絶妙でした。
また、お刺身も お醤油と 梅酢と出汁と日本酒を煮詰めた透明なもの
(説明受けましたが失念しました。。。)
で白身は食べるのですが、これがさっぱりしていて
お刺身以外にも使えました。
日本酒も種類が結構あり
この日は 浦霞→田酒 と有名所ですが美味しくいただきました。
牛タンは牛タン屋さんの方が当然美味しいです。
会計も想像(一人6千円くらいかな？のイメージ)よりも安く
びっくりしました。
会計後エレベーター前のうちわを見ていると
銀座ライオングループでした。
非常にしっかりした良いお店だと思います。
正直また来たいなとお世辞抜きで思うお店でした。
大箱で探すならここはかなり良いかと思います。

However, both are delicious enough to disappear in no time!
The half of the body is quite big, and the fat is sprinkled on it, which is great.
As for smoked food, the balance between the degree of vinegar tightening and smoking was exquisite.
Also, the sashimi is a transparent sashimi made by boiling soy sauce, plum vinegar, soup stock, and sake.

I eat white meat, but this is refreshing
It could be used for other than sashimi.
There are quite a few types of sake
On this day, it was a famous place called Ura Kasumi → Tashu, but it was delicious.
Beef tongue is naturally tastier at the beef tongue shop.
Accounting is also cheaper than I imagined (Is it about 6,000 yen per person?)

I think it's a very solid and good shop.
To be honest, it was a shop that I wanted to come back to without compliment.
If you look for it in a big box, I think this is pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 泊まってるホテルから近かったので、こちらのお店に。
まず個室で、その個室に担当の従業員さんがつきました。
店員さん呼ぶとほぼ担当の店員さんが来る、食事を運んで来るのは担当の方とそうでない方半々くらいでした。
店の雰囲気は悪くないし、個室でゆっくりしたいなら良い店だと思います。個室じゃない席ももちろんあります。
従業員の皆さんも感じよく、教育もちゃんとしているんだろうなという印象でした。
料理はあまり値段気にしませんが、お酒が少々高かったです。
ビール中ジョッキ650円。
あと日本酒の飲み比べセットでもあれば嬉しかったのですが、こちらのお店はありませんでした。
お刺身分厚くておいしかったです。
金華サバは期待しすぎた感ありで、大したことなかったです笑
最後に食べたお茶漬け、ほっこりしました。
全体的にみて、良い店だと思います。
オススメです。

The employees also felt good, and I was impressed that the education was in order.
The food is not very pricey, but the liquor was a little expensive.

I was glad if it was a set comparing sake, but there was no shop here.
The sashimi was thick and delicious.
Kinka mackerel had a feeling that I expected too much, it was not a big deal lol
The last ochazuke I ate was relaxed.
Overall, it's a good store.
It is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理もお酒も美味しい(サッポロビール系の店なので酒には矜持があるのだろうが...)店員さんは皆親切と言うかノリが良いし、なにより居心地が良い！駅からもバスプールからも近いから使い勝手も良い。
ここに行くなら「森林鶏の唐揚」を是非頼んでみて下さい。美味しかったです
The food and sake are delicious (because it's a Sapporo beer shop, I think sake has pride ...) All the staff are kind or nice, and above all, it's comfortable! It is easy to use because it is close to the station and the bus pool.
If you go here, be sure to ask for "fried chicken in the forest". It was delicious

お料理はせり鍋や牛タン、金華サバなど地元メニューが充実しているし、お刺身も美味しかったです。
金華サバは半身で十分の大きさ！
脂が程よくて美味しかったし、焼おにぎりも混ぜご飯タイプで良かった☆
個室は広く、店員さんも感じがよく、お会計はテーブルチェック。
コロナで大変かと思いますが、雰囲気のいいお店だったので頑張って欲しいなと思います(^-^)

仙台麩に蔵王のクリームチーズを塗って食べるのは斬新。すごく美味しかったです。
焼き鳥が蒸したサツマイモに刺さって出てきて笑っちゃいましたが、サツマイモも美味しかったです。笑
