申し込みの際預かり金をお渡ししてましたが、申し込みがもう一件入ったため審査に時間がかかる。と
そこまではよかったのですが、まぁなんとも対応が遅いです。
○日にわかりますと連絡を貰ったのにも関わらず私達から連絡の催促をしなければ返事が来ず、電話をしてももう少し時間がかかる。先方の入居日に合わせれば確率はあがるかもしれない。○日に結果ご連絡します。と連絡がありましたが
当日の17時以降まで私達が連絡するまで全く返事がありませんでした。
結果、ダメだったのですが散々待たせた挙句、このような対応はいかがなものかと思います。
若いから、と後回しにしていたのかどうかは知りませんが、接客をする上で最低限のことが出来ていないのは正直信用を失うレベルだと思います。
時間を無駄にしました。2度と利用しません。

I don't know if I was putting it off because I was young, but honestly, I think it's the level of losing credibility that I haven't been able to do the minimum to serve customers.
I wasted my time. I will never use it again.
