★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水はセルフで入口がすぐ横にあるので水をとってから席に着くとスムーズです。席は自由に座り、口頭で注文します。
新しいメニューであるらしい鶏白湯ラーメンを食べました。普段は濃厚な鶏白湯を食べることが多いためか、こちらのは軽めで誰でも食べやすい味だなぁと思いました。どうでもいいことですが、メンマがやたらと長くておもしろかったです。
The water is self-contained and the entrance is right next to it, so it will be smooth if you take the water and then sit down. Seats are free to sit and order verbally.
I ate chicken plain hot water ramen which seems to be a new menu. Perhaps because I usually eat rich chicken plain hot water, I thought that this is a light and easy-to-eat taste. It doesn't matter, but Menma was ridiculously long and interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶏だし中華650円頂きました。まず、薫りが素晴らしく中華そば❗っていう１杯でした。味も程よい濃厚だし汁、麺はやっぱり縮れ麺ですね❗中華も店内もとても良い感じです?気持ち良く食べさせてくれます。ご馳走さまでした?

するとラストの一杯でした。
食べたい方はお早めに。
店主が一人で切り盛りしているので席に座ってから注文。
今日は鳥白湯の大盛でいってみた。
スープはあっさりかと思いきや、乗っている辛味噌を溶けば程よいコク。
お店のイメージ通りに優しい味。
若かりし頃に役者をしていたそうで、前田吟さんとのツーショットを見せていただいた。
また、ご自身がシンガーソングライターでもあり、時代劇ドラマ｢大江戸捜査網｣の主題歌に使われていたというお話も聞けました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 角館時代は良かったのに大曲に移ってからは・・・ラーメンは至って普通の可もなく不可もなく。しかしお客さんをが食べた丼は洗わずカウンターに置きっぱなしだし、とにかく水が不味かった。なぜだろうか？
