Q	Qendrim Ademi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold expensive grilled meat served with nothing else than a raw/grilled piece of carrot and a piece of grilled pumpkin, add to that an expensive green salad with too little sauce (and strange dried onion..) and you have a bad experience... However, the japanese barbecue sauce was really good.

It's a bit expensive for a burger, but the ambience and view make it worth a bit more. It's simply not as good as what you can find in the States, but I applaud their effort.

Not even the salad or the nachos. We ordered a variety of steaks. The meat was rather disgusting too, but still the best out of everything. Sorry, if my review insults the owner, but please just accept the criticism and try the food yourself. To everyone else (potential customers) I can just say: after living in Japan for several months, I came to the conclusion, that Western food doesn't taste good at all in Japan. Mediocre at best. If you think about it, it's simple logic - the food that the country is famous for is always the best choice to order. In Japan for example Ramen, Okonomiyaki or Sushi. I tried Western food in Japan so often and wanted it to be good; I didn't want to lose my faith. But I have lost it now.

The New York style ambiance is cute with a good view of the Osaka Station area so I can imagine the restaurant being lovely at night. The staff is very friendly as well but unfortunately the burger and fries were quite average.

An extra service charge was added to the bill with a complimentary corn chips with dip. Disappointing burger and fries. The patty is underseasoned and oily and the fries i think is what you can buy frozen.
