Starbucks - Osaka

They removed internet for no reason. They don't even tell it before you buy a coffee. Really disapointed. Wifi is part of the reason im going to starbucks.

One would expect a little bit more seats in the center of Umeda. Anyway its great that you can read any of the Tsutayas books.

Nice and quite Starbucks in the middle of a bookshop, perfect for relaxing and have few minute of quite from the chaotic umeda, there are not enough sit, but if you can find one is a perfect spot, specially in winter or in a rainy day.

Good, and its StarBucks so you know what you are getting. But like everywhere its the luck of the draw if you can get a seat. There really should be a rule that single people are not aloud to use a two person table.

DON'T COME HERE!! Guys if you are working on your computer, don't bother to come here because there are only 2 outlets. I was told I cannot charge here because it is only for employees. WTF?!? We pay to be here and cannot use your outlets to charge our devices. In a changing economy filled with online entrepreneurs, a no charge policy is Bull shxt and is a cover for Starbucks to cut costs while increasing prices on its coffee. You would think the Roastery is different, but no it is all the same. It is a shame because I had so much hype and excitement for this upgraded Starbucks yet to be disappointed by its mishandling of customers. Us serious customers work and consume more than 1 cup of coffee per sitting. To ignore the customers' needs is the start of the downfall of Starbucks. You can get better coffee at AmericaMura and you can go to different cafes that cater to your working needs. People use starbucks because of convenience combined with not so bad coffee. I guess Starbucks just doesn't want internet entrepreneurs as its customer base.. Oh wait, they do want your money. They just don't want you. So please leave after forking over 500 yen for a Frappuccino. Adjusted for currency against the US and a cup of Joe here is more expensive than it is in America plus the size is smaller as well. This is too bad because the workers are very nice here. Just make sure you leave after drinking your coffee.. Or you can make your own pour over at home. This is REVIEW is for Starbucks Management:

Starbucks Reserve Bar serves a variety of different drinks and coffee brewing methods compared to normal Starbucks stores. It also serves alcohol including coffee steeped beer. The prices are out of control for exclusive drinks, you could buy lunch instead. Despite all the flashy brewing methods like Clover, Syphon, Pour over, etc., and a few variety of beans, none of the coffee is memorable, it seems over roasted. Starbucks' focus is on sugary frappucinos or espresso drinks with milk, so most people don't notice. Can't recommend it for specialty coffee drinkers. However, the staff service is consistently excellent.

The Starbucks itself is good, and the location is nice—but it's very difficult to find seating. There is WiFi though, I'm not sure what the other reviewers' experience was. The drink was delicious, and they gave a small sample along with my food and drink. The service was a bit slow, but not exceedingly.

A typical Starbucks located at the LUCUA Osaka Shopping Mall. The shopping mall consists of two part, one at east side called LUCUA, and one at west side called LUCUA 1100. This is located at the LUCUA 1100, 2/F. There was Christmas decorations and special drink Pistachio.
