Also, I think that the owner should not leave the management to us. This is because, although the management fee is set aside, the minimum management is not actually possible. It is said that management of apartments and condominiums is important, and management determines whether they will last a long time. If you leave it here, no matter how good the building is, it will soon be ruined. There are tons of real estate-related companies, so look for a management company that can handle your needs.
