星	星野浩伸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＪＲ山手線は上野駅の浅草口より徒歩1分のお店でございます。こちらのかつおの藁焼きがおいしいってんで、日曜のお昼過ぎにお立ち寄り。高知の地酒が揃ってましたのでまずはグラスで一杯。あとはかつおの藁焼きをお願いしないことには始まりません。かつおはかなりの厚切り。スライス玉ねぎ・ミョウガ・ニンニク・青ネギと薬味もたっぷり。やっぱり薬味は大事でございます。お店のおすすめは塩をつけて。卓上調味料の万能タレや宗田節の醤油なんかも試してみます。どれでもお味は大変ご立派。醤油がとろっと甘いのは食文化ということで問題ございません。さらに地酒をお代わりしつつ、お次は貝焼き。ホタテに似た緋扇貝というものが養殖されているのは知ってましたが、食べるのは初めて。とても可愛らしいサイズでしたので、ひと口で終了。お味は大変よろしいので、2～3個はあっても良かったかと。おあとはミョウガの酢漬けをいただいてごちそうさん。すっかり土佐清水市のアンテナショップのような居酒屋さんですが、聞けばご当地のプロモーションと連携されているとのこと。ご商売でもこういう取り組みはご立派。こんなご時世ですから、飲み食いして応援できるってのはとても素敵でございます。 The JR Yamanote Line is a 1-minute walk from the Asakusa exit of Ueno Station. The straw-grilled bonito here is delicious, so stop by after noon on Sunday. We had all the local sake from Kochi, so first we had a glass. After that, it doesn't start without asking for bonito straw grilling. The bonito is a fairly thick slice. Sliced onions, Japanese ginger, garlic, green onions and plenty of condiments. After all condiments are important. The recommendation of the shop is to add salt. I will also try the all-purpose sauce for tabletop seasonings and the soy sauce of Soda Bushi. The taste is very good. There is no problem with the fact that soy sauce is so sweet because of its food culture. Next is grilled shellfish while substituting local sake. I knew that scallop-like scarlet scallops were cultivated, but this was the first time I had eaten them. It was a very cute size, so I finished it with a bite. The taste is very good, so I wondered if it was okay to have a few. The rest is a feast with pickled Japanese ginger. It's a izakaya like an antenna shop in Tosashimizu City, but if you ask, it's linked to local promotion. Even in business, this kind of initiative is excellent. It's such a time, so it's very nice to be able to eat, drink and cheer.
田	田中真弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 取引先と今後についての打ち合わせがてら、土佐清水ワールド上野店で飲み会。土佐清水を店名に関するだけあって、カツオの藁焼き等をメインに押しているお店。カツオとブリの藁焼きは確かに藁の香りがほのかにするが、もう少し強めでも良いかな？旬を考えても個人的にはカツオよりブリの方が旨い気がするが、最近は養殖もあるからどうなんだろう？確かに土佐清水的なメニューは豊富だった気はするが、一品ごとのクオリティをもう少し上げるともっと良くなる気がしました。茶碗蒸しの上にかかった削りたての宗田節は香り立って凄く良かった。しかし、参加者は皆満足していたので、それだけでも満足です。 After having a meeting with our business partners about the future, we had a drinking party at Tosa Shimizu World Ueno store. Certainly, I feel that the Tosashimizu-like menu was abundant, but I felt that it would be even better if the quality of each item was raised a little more. The freshly shaving Soda-bushi on the chawanmushi was very nice with aroma. However, all the participants were satisfied, so that alone is satisfactory.

Would love to come again... Minus one star for the smoking inside the restaurant. Tobacco smoke ruins the meal. Hoping they change that soon!!
