Some of the employees can do basic English, but I didn't really use English much anyway. Like most high end stores here, they are not fond of window shoppers, and you will be somewhat expected to buy something and not waste time. Great selection though! Just be weary that if you're trying to buy a product that isn't made in Japan you WILL pay the import tax.
