★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も書いてる通り、会員証を忘れたら施術してくれません。他にも規約がたくさんあり、施術しないように仕向けているように感じた。私は、高速脱毛５回分のクーポンで行きましたが、少しの剃り残しも光を当ててくれないし、次回の施術も２カ月あけないとダメと・・・高速脱毛って最短３週間でできますよね！って言ったら、ミュゼでもそうですよね？？それに、このクーポンはそういうシステムなので・・・って。どこにそんな事書いてます？？確かに、高速脱毛で２カ月あけるなんてクーポン買う前に知ってたら誰も買わないですよね。高速脱毛って書かないでほしいわ。２カ月もあけなきゃいけないなら他のとこに通ってたのに・・・

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの脱毛は本当によく抜けます！特に最初の方は目に見えてわかるので驚きました。同じ時期に他のエステに通い始めた友達は全然終わらなそうだけど、私は2年ちょっとでもう充分かなと思えるくらいです。
契約の時に、自分で剃らなきゃいけないコース（安い）かお店で全部やってくれるコース（前者より高め）かで迷いましたが、自分では上手く剃れないかも…と思いお店でやってもらうコースにしました。後から改めて絶対こっちの方が良いと思っています！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お試し体験で施術した人が今後対応してくれるなら、と10回コースを契約。その人が対応出来る日時で予約、来店しました。コース1回目の時に全額入金を済ませ、さて施術、と言ったタイミングで、私は今後一切対応できないので、他のものにやらせます、とのこと。入金前にその事を告げないことも、とても不誠実。
契約だけとれればよい、とも取られかねない対応ですよね。
法律的には問題なくても、人と、人との信頼関係、施術で身体を預けるのに不信と不安がうまれました。
代替えの方に施術中に使っているマシンの効果などを聞いても、わからないので確認します、でその場で答えられず、とても不満でした。
それ以後、来店していません。

施術は本当に素晴らしいの一言。またお願いしたいと思いましたが通常価格が高い。。
施術後に5回コース〜の案内をされました。正直プッシュ強めの勧誘。今日契約すれば1回分サービスとか、モニターで今日契約すれば2回分サービスとか、あの手この手で勧誘されてなかなか帰れませんでした。
施術中に、うちは広告を打ってないからその分良い機械を入れてお客様に還元してますと言ってました。確かにその点についてはその通りかと思います。でも私のような普通の会社員には通える金額じゃないです。
池袋はエステサロンの激戦区ですし、他の通いやすい価格のサロンを探します。

約20万ほどかけて通ったが、太った。
スタッフの知識、技術が全体的に低い。機械について質問しても答えられなかったり。施術がかなり適当だったり。
信じて勧められたプランや商品を購入したが効果なし。
少なくとも痩身目的の人は行かない方がいいと思う。
正直返金して欲しい。
