★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フェイシャルトリートメント&生コラーゲンパックの施術を受けました。施術スタッフの方が丁寧で、感じが良いことで安心感がありました。私が受けたのは比較的パワフルなトリートメントで、最近疲れがたまっていたので、かなりスッキリしました！力加減は調整くして下さいますし、最後のコラーゲンパックでは眠ってしまいました。終わったあとはお肌プルプルで、メイクブースも清潔で良かったです。また伺いたいと思います。
 I received a facial treatment and a raw collagen pack. The treatment staff was more polite and felt good, which gave me a sense of security. I received a relatively powerful treatment and I've been tired recently so it's pretty refreshing! Please adjust the force, and I fell asleep with the last collagen pack. 1回きりのメニューで来ましたが、
いまは継続して通っています。
一回でも肌がきれいになったのを実感しましたが、
何回か来ているうちにどんどんニキビが良くなってきました！
ホームケアの提案もしていただいたので
いままであまりしてこなかったのですが、
頑張ってみようと思います。
肌が綺麗になっていくのがうれしいです。
今後もお世話になります！

施術がとても丁寧なのと、お肌にどんな効果があるのかわかりやすく説明しながら施術してくださりとってもリラックスした楽しい空間でした！

I've been to other beauty salons several times, but the care and service of the staff at this shop was more comfortable than any other shop! ⭐︎
It was a very relaxing and enjoyable space where the treatment was very polite and the treatment was performed while explaining in an easy-to-understand manner what kind of effect it had on the skin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勧誘がとにかくしつこい。契約しても毎回別のコースの勧誘をされる。施術するスタッフは学生か？というどうでもいいお喋り（そのスタッフの元カレ？の話）をするかと思いきや、私を貶す発言をして別のコースの勧誘をしたりとやり方が最低でした。後日そのスタッフについて電話でクレームを入れましたが、その場でいえばよかった。それくらいあれは失礼でおかしな出来事だと思います。
施術の効果も正直よくわからない。数万円の美顔器の方が私には合っていた。ここに通って気分転換になってついでに綺麗になれたらいいなと思いましたが、全部なし。お金を無駄にしたなと後悔しています…
The solicitation is persistent anyway. Even if you sign a contract, you will be invited to another course each time. Is the staff who performs the treatment a student? I thought that I would talk about something that didn't matter (the story of the staff's ex-boyfriend?), But the worst way was to make a disdainful remark and solicit another course. Later I made a phone complaint about the staff, but I should have said it on the spot. I think it's a rude and strange event.
To be honest, I don't really understand the effect of the treatment. A facial device of tens of thousands of yen was more suitable for me. I wish I could go here to change my mood and be beautiful, but none at all. I regret that I wasted my money ...

ポストチラシを見て初回来店。
予約したコースとは別に初回だけ安くなってるのでと他のコースも勧められたのでそれも含め施術。
終わった後にビフォーアフターを見せられ、アドバイスをいただきこれで終わりかと思ったら更に初回だけと別のコースを勧められ、流石に断ったら「どうしてですか？」と何故か尋ねられました。他のサロンも試してみたい、今日はお試しで来たのでと断ってるのにも関わらず10分〜20分くらい勧誘が続きました。あんなにしつこいのは宗教勧誘以来でびっくりしました。
施術自体は良かったのですが最後で印象最悪でした。押しの弱い方にはお勧めしません。私は二度と行かないです。

Apart from the reserved course, it is cheaper only for the first time, so other courses were recommended, so the treatment including that.
After finishing, I was shown before and after, and when I thought that this was the end, I was advised to take a different course from the first time, and when I refused, I was asked "Why?" I would like to try other salons, and even though I refused because I came here today, the solicitation continued for about 10 to 20 minutes. I was surprised that I was so persistent since I was soliciting religion.
The treatment itself was good, but the last impression was the worst. Not recommended for people with weak pushes. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても店内はきれいで落ち着く雰囲気でしたよ。お部屋にはロッカーもついてて貴重品とかも安心でした。スタッフの皆さんも笑顔で対応してくれました。はじめてのエステで不安でしたが丁寧な接客と楽しい会話もしてくれて緊張がとれました。
コースもとても満足がいく仕上がりで毛穴の汚れも凄い取れて綺麗になりました！これからも頑張って通って綺麗目指します～！
The inside of the store was very clean and had a calm atmosphere. There was a locker in the room, so I was relieved to have valuables. The staff also responded with a smile. I was worried about my first beauty treatment salon, but I was nervous because I had a pleasant conversation with the polite customer service.
The course is also very satisfying and the dirt on the pores has been removed and it has become beautiful! I will continue to do my best and aim for beauty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく追加のコース契約の勧誘が酷い。行くたびに勧誘されます。契約しないと伝えてるのにも関わらず、お話だけでも聞いてくださいと術後ほぼ無理やりテーブル席にてコースの話を出される…。
それと施術が基本的に雑すぎます。初めて体験で来た時はかなり丁寧にやってくれて良かったので契約したはずなのに契約をしてからの施術が雑すぎて驚きます。あの丁寧さはどこにいったのか…？
トークにしても毎回違うスタッフから同じトークをされ(天気、休みの日の過ごした方を聞く人ばかり)テンプレなんだと思いますが正直どうでもいい内容なのでそれなら話さなくていいと思います(笑)
