T	Takayuki K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二郎系のラーメンだと思います。2度目です。野菜はキャベツが多めでクタクタとシャキシャキの間くらいです。食べ易いと思います。量は二郎に比べると少ない方だと思います。個人的には丁度良い量です。麺が少し好みの分かれる所だと思います。麺の香りが少し気になりました。なんて言うのか薬っぽい感じがします。もしかしたら好みの問題なのかも知れません。チャーシューはシンプルな物です。豚麺にするとプラス4枚ですが、結構お腹にくると一緒に行った知人は言っていました。スープも比較的にこの系統ではあっさりで飲み易い感じですね。男性でチャチャ系が好きなら大丈夫なラーメンだと思います。 I think it's Jiro's ramen. M	MASA 3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「らーめんとんしょう」と読むようです。三田線「本蓮沼駅」A2出口から徒歩1分ほど。中山道（17号）を戸田方面にいくと、いわゆる二郎系の黄色い店舗が見えるかと思います。コロナ禍の平日20:00訪問。周辺が閉っているためかカウンタ席8席のお店ですが、空席1席でした。その後も続々と来店がありましたね。。。（良いのか悪いのか）メニューは、「ラーメン」「味噌ラーメン」「辛味噌ラーメン」の3種です。あとは麺量とトッピングという感じでしょうか。ラーメン小（115g）690円、並（230g）740円、大（345g）740円、特盛（460g）840円でした。味噌は各プラス50円、辛味噌はプラス100円という感じです。豚マシもあります。さて約5分でコールです。ヤサイは（少なめ～特盛）、ニンニクはアリかナシの記載があります。今回は「ラーメン小680円」（ヤサイ大盛、ニンニクアリ）にしました。とにかくスープがぬるいの一言。そして味は甘く、背脂を最初に少しいれている感じの非乳化スープでした。麺は中太の柔い麺。モヤシは冷めております。豚は小さなものが1つ。また、卓上には七味唐辛子とお酢でした。うーん。私にはダメでした。。残念！とにかくスープぬるい！以上 It seems to read "Ramen Tonsho". 1 minute walk from A2 exit of "Honhasunuma station" on Mita line. 棚	棚橋宗平 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本蓮沼駅にある唯一の二郎系ラーメン店。店内は7席とこじんまりなお店です。注文方法は食券制でラーメン並、温泉卵、激辛の元をオーダー。提供スピードは比較的早く、盛り付け時にお好みを聞かれるので、ニンニクあり、野菜普通でコール。肝心のラーメンはパンチはそこまでなく、コッテリ醤油ラーメンのような味。豚は柔らかいが小さめが一枚。野菜はシャキシャキで美味しかったですが、スープがぬるめだったのでもう少し熱い状態で提供して欲しいところ。激辛の素はコチュジャンのようなもので、辛味はあるものの、入れると味噌ラーメンのような味になりました。あっさりしているのでスムーズに食べ終えることができましたが、あまり二郎系を食べたという印象は残りませんでした。残念な点として、店主が少し無愛想で声が小さく、聞き取りづらかった為、接客ももう少し頑張って頂きたい。 The only Jiro ramen shop at Motohasunuma Station.
