(2021.9.17(金)am5:55) GOOD MORNING ラーメンショップ(羽田店)と看板にあるので早朝に初訪問。1名開店待ちに2番目に接続5分後開店で着座、口頭注文で『ラーメン(600円)』をいただきました。 5:55列?に並ぶ 6:00開店で入店、着座、口頭注文 6:05着丼 6:14完食、退店 (開店待ち5分、着丼5分、完食9分、正味滞在時間19分) 横浜家系の家元が短期間ながら平和島トラックターミナルのラーメンショップ(閉)[椿食堂]を経て今に至るとのことで、原点回帰と昨今の朝ラー(メン)を兼ねて1号店を訪れました 軽妙洒脱まさにその感覚の風味 熱過ぎず一口目より食べ終わりに味があてはまり、軽く油の余韻が残る 途中の味変を楽しめる下地余地有 看板の特製ネギは今回無しにデフォルトをいただきました。 麺は食べ終わりにややのびた麺の感じを受けました。昔は出前でラーメンを頼むと届けばみなこんなややのびた感触で、10分前後の丼の中の麺の変化を懐かしく楽しめました。 余談ですが家系の麺は硬め注文が多いようですが軟らかくなっても美味しくもっちり感を残し楽しめるように仕込まれていて、もしかすると酒井製麺所の原点大田区と家系の麺にはラーメンショップの麺の印象が布石にあるのではないかと私的な妄想 開店前は私含め二人だけだったのに開店と同時に他の席に人が雪崩れ込み満席(どこに居たのか?)、瞬間の出来事に目を疑いました。食べ終わって開店から15分後、外には10人弱の行列が出来ていてさらに驚きました。

2022.4.8追記 メニューには有りませんがライス注文は@150円です 2021.8.5 ラーメンショップの聖地初訪問しました 営業時間も営業日も遠方からだとハードル高いので平日休みを取り始発で向かい6時到着です お店の手前で車が数台止まっていたので営業確定! アクリル板で仕切られたカウンターは2席空いていて目の前のニンニク胡椒が置いてある所に着席 薬味が無い席は入れるの諦めるしか無さそうです 親父さんを見たら親父さんも見てたのですかさずネギチャーシュー硬めを注文 5分程で着丼しました スープはライトで店名通りのおはようラーメンにぴったりですね チャーシューは歯応えあるタイプでスープの出涸らしでは無いです。スモークにしたら直系の家系の様な感じです ネギは他店より更に細い千切りであまりごま油は強くありません 麺がやや少ないのか直ぐに食べ終わりました 他のお客さんが中や大を食べていたので多分少ないのだと思います めちゃくちゃ旨いと言う訳ではなく親父さんが作ったラーメンを食べたいとの思いで再訪したい良店です 親父さんは息切れしていてしんどそうでした 耳が餃子で左にはピアスなので気合いで開店しているのかと思います 2021.11.18再訪問 本日も平日休みを取り聖地巡礼です 6時5分に到着で店内満席、外待ち無しでした 数分で一人退店したので中に入り着席、目の前が胡椒とニンニクのある席だったのでラッキーです カウンターにパーティションが有り目の前にニンニク胡椒の席とらーじゃん爪楊枝の席があるので爪楊枝の席に座るとニンニクが取りにくいのです 逆にらーじゃんは取りやすいですが 前回並盛でやや少ないと思ったので今回は中ネギチャーシューにしました、硬めコールは無し 5分程で出来上がり先ずは並々と丼に入ったスープを飲みます 他店の味薄目くらいの塩っぱさで優しい味です 次はメンマの胡椒が付いているうちに一口味わいます チャーシュー5枚と海苔2枚、麺とスープを交互に食べ完食です スープの量が多いのが特徴なのですが満腹で完飲は出来ませんでした 前回来た時より親父さんの調子は良さげで安心しましたがいつ調子が変わるかも分からないのでお元気なうちに又行きたいと思います 追記、今回気が付いたのが穴守稲荷の海苔の乗せ方が内側向きです 他のラーショでも内側向きは有りますが大概は外側向きです つまり内側向きの盛り付けラーショは1号店の穴守稲荷をリスペクトしていると思われます 神奈川だと石川店は内側向きで海苔増しにすると別皿で出てきます 今迄写真の見映えで外側向きに変えていた自分が無知でした

朝6時前に店の前を通ると、とても良い豚骨スープの臭いが外まで漂って来ます。朝の6時から昼の1時までしか開店していないので、食べる機会がありませんでした。やっと昼前にチャーシューメン800円を食べました。底の浅い大きな丼に、きくらげや海苔、わかめと共に多めのネギものってました。スープは想像以上にすっきりしていて美味しい!クセが殆どありません。麺はストレートの細麺で少し柔らかめ。量も並でも多めだと思います。 くろこしょをかけると味が締まりました。これはにんにくが合うと感じたので、多めに投入!これこれ味わい深い豚骨ラーメンの完成です。スープも殆ど飲んでしまいました。メニューはラーメンしかありませんが、大もありました。私の隣の方は丼二杯食べて14百円も払っていました!個性的で良いお店だと思います。
