割と評価が高いので気になっていたお店。 外に待つ椅子が用意されているが店内は数席空いてました。 券売機で食券を買うが何も言われないのでコロナだから席を空けてるのよくわからないから外で待つ事に。 2名が出たので案内されるかと思いきや何も声をかけてこないので勝手に座りました。 心の中で入っていいんかい!っておもてしまいました。 肝心の味はラー油、酢、タレを自分の配分で好みに作れ! え。これもはやこの店が美味しいとかあるの?と思ってしまったw

京急線の糀谷と大鳥居の中間ぐらいに構えるお店。 並盛と大盛が同じ値段だったので迷わず大盛(笑) トッピングは特にしなかったけど、生卵は悩んだかな? カウンター席が6席ぐらい。 18時前頃行って、残り2席ほど。 初めての人用に『油そばの食べ方』が掲載されていたのでそちらの通りに頂きました☺️ ラー油も結構入れたけど、お酢のおかげで辛さをマイルドにしてくれて丁度よい味わいに✨ 途中でおろしニンニクを追加して味変も楽しませていただきました? 〆にスープを頂きお腹いっぱい! 油そばってこってりすぎるイメージがあったけどそんなことはなく、するする食べることができました(^^)
A shop located between Kojiya and Otorii on the Keikyu Line. There are about 6 counter seats. I went around 18:00 and had about 2 seats left. "How to eat abura soba" was posted for the first time, so I got it according to that ☺️ I added a lot of chili oil, but thanks to the vinegar, the spiciness was mild and the taste was just right. I added grated garlic on the way and enjoyed the taste change ? I'm full with soup! I had the image that abura soba was too thick, but that wasn't the case, and I was able to eat it (^^)

最初はそのまま混ぜて食べて。 その後は酢とラー油をかけて食べて! 次は一味、おろしニンニク混ぜて3回味変して楽しみました。 自分のお好みで食べるのが楽しい。 味は濃い目ですが美味しく頂きました。
At first, mix and eat as it is. After that, sprinkle with vinegar and chili oil and eat! Next, I mixed the gang with grated garlic and enjoyed changing the taste three times. It's fun to eat as you like. The taste is strong, but it was delicious.

油そば(大盛)+味玉 並盛と大盛同料金だったので大盛り! 初めてのお店だったので、お店の推奨する食べ方通りに、ラー油をガバっと酢をガシっとつかみ^^ぐるぐる回しかけてしっかり混ぜていただきました。 不思議と辛味も酸味も角が立たず自然と馴染んでマイルドに。太麺と絡んで美味しかったです。 プラス50円で食後の丼で卵スープが食せるらしいので、次回頼んでみよう〜。 ごちそうさまでした。

Very unique Ramen in Tokyo - instead of soup they use oil, taste awesome. They offer small, medium and large size bowl. After finishing the noodle - pay another 90Yen and the chef will serve egg soup. Highly recommend to drop by if staying close to Haneda airport.
