★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5 stars. Tasty broth that has a depth of flavour but isn’t salty. The noodles and soft-boiled egg are done well, but the tonkotsu wasn’t very tender.
Even though the shop seems to cater to locals (menu is only in Japanese and there were only locals dining at the time), the chef-owner is very friendly and speaks English. Would recommend this restaurant if in the area.
