계란라멘?소바? 이고요, 탄탄멘, 계란소금 먹었는데 맛있었습니다. 주인분께도 친절하셨고 우연히 지나가다 들렸는데 만족합니다.
 It was good because it was not the taste that I usually eaten.

一番辛いメチャ辛を注文。
真っ赤な丼が出て来て、大丈夫なのか、これ？
と、心配になったけども、マイルドで食べやすく、
しかも美味しいラーメンでした。
看板の通り、本当にくせになりそう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外からではお店の雰囲気が見えなかったのですが、お店に入ると、コの字のカウンターが広がり券売機で券を買いタンタン麺(850円)を注文❕辛さを聞かれたので普通で～とお願いしました。出来上がって来ました。スープを一口飲んでみると、程よい辛さでコクウマでパスタのようなプリットした弾力のある麺とも相性良く、大きめに切られたニンニクと溶き卵に挽き肉も入って美味しく、今日も美味しくいただき???ました❕

タメ口・命令口調・イライラした話し方。
そんなに客と話すの嫌なら、一蘭みたいにシャッターにすればいいじゃんって思う。
私の時は客入りも良くなかったので、忙しかったからというわけではない。
肝心の味だが、ニュータンタンの劣化版という感じで、特筆するものはない。
そりゃ客も来ないよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ らーめん食堂赤玉（大田区萩中）は「らーめん食堂」という名称ですが、油そば、担々麺、玉子スープ麺の3種類をメインメニューとしています。
油そばは、油を絡ませてから、すきやきのように生卵をといたものにつけてして食べます。チャーシューも食べごたえあります。油としょうゆダレと卵が絡んで食欲をそそりますが、それには十分すぎるほどこたえてくれるヴォリュームです。
玉子スープ麺は、文字通り白濁スープに玉子がどっさりかかった麺です。洗面器のような器に並々と盛り付けてあります。スープは白濁スープです。鶏ガラがよく出ています。油が膜になっていて、アツアツハフハフといただきました。
とにかくおいしくて安くて盛りが多いことで定評があります。とくに若くていつもお腹を好かせている方にはぴったりです。

毎度タンタンメンを頂いてますが、麺中盛、中辛より少し辛くで満足。
追記 最近料金体系が変更されて、中盛、大盛は追加料金になった。
普通盛りでもホリューム有るので問題無いですけどね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 萩中商店街にある「赤玉」さんで担々麺をいただきました。通常、担々麺はゴマですがこちらはフワタマ系。お勧めしていただいた一番辛い「てっぺん」を注文。ただ辛いだけではなくしっかりと旨みもある辛さなのでとても美味しいです。いつもはライスなど頼むのですがそれすら必要ないほど旨辛さに酔いしれ箸と蓮華が止まりません。食べ進むほどに唐辛子の濃度が高くなり美味しさも増します。美味しいものを食べるとき完食に近づくほどに一抹の寂しさを感じますが、まさに今日は食べ終わるのが惜しいくらいずっと食べていたい美味しさでした。是非また行きたい。
