開店前に5～10人が並んでます。
人気メニューはニラそばと広東麺。
好みに依ると思いますが、広東麺はかなりオススメです。
中華料理屋さんとはまた一味違った、ラーメン専門店の広東麺を是非！
何気にちらほらとオーダーが入っている味噌ラーメンも気になりますが、やっぱり私は広東麺(笑)

Popular menu is Nira Soba and Cantonese noodles.
I think depending on the taste, but Guangdong noodles is highly recommended.
A Chinese ramen restaurant is also a bit different, by all means!

店前には２月に開催される大館アメっこ市の大きな枝アメが飾られていました
店内はそれほど混雑しておらずテーブル席が満席16～7人カウンターが空席でした
待ち時間にオーダーを聞かれて2～3分後着席ラーメンが出てくるまでは10分位かな？
いつものごとくニラそばか広東麺にするか迷って広東麺頂きました

ランチタイムから外れたので店内が空いててお好きな席へどうぞと言われてテーブル席で広東麺を注文しました。
熱々の濃いスープにタケノコ具沢山で中細の自家製麺で美味しく頂きました。
This is my first visit at a late lunch on weekdays.
Since it was off lunch time, the restaurant was vacant and I was asked to go to my favorite seat and ordered Cantonese noodles at the table.
The hot and thick soup was delicious with a lot of bamboo shoots and medium-sized homemade noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本店より近いので、日曜の開店から50分ほど過ぎたあたりに入店。やはり１回転目がこなれた時間らしく少し並んだだけではいれた。
本店ではニラそばを食べたので広東麺を。
ここに入店する前に大王の麻婆ラーメン大盛を食べているにも関わらずしっかりと旨い。
麺はこの地域にしては太い中太麺。
かんすい比率高めの食感と味。
あんも固すぎないので食べているうちにちょうど良く冷めて来て最後までペース良く食べ進められる。
最初からこっちに来てればよかったと思う。
開店直後から並ぶのだけはいやだけど…
それからここで出されるお冷やは消毒薬臭い。しかし恐らく同じ水を使っているであろう米は絶品だ。
はっきり言ってここのお勧めは白米と塩ラーメンだ☝️

I don't want to line up right after the store opens, but ...
Then the cold that comes out here smells like a disinfectant. But the rice, which probably uses the same water, is excellent.
To be clear, I recommend white rice and shio ramen ☝️

お店のウリは広東麺とニラそばとネギ塩ラーメンみたいですが、今回は広東麺780円税込頂きました。
醤油ベースの餡とスープが熱々で美味いです。
また、ほのかに豆板醤が香るのが良い。
具材のボリュームが凄い！
おおぶりの海老、うずらの卵は2個、豚肉、白菜、筍がたくさんとキクラゲの塊がどーんと乗ってます。
麺は中太麺と細麺の間くらいの細さ。
コスパ、味、ともに良し。
次はネギ塩ラーメンにチャレンジかな。
たいへん美味しかったです！

The volume of ingredients is amazing!
There are 2 yellowtail shrimp, 2 quail eggs, a lot of pork, Chinese cabbage, bamboo shoots and a lump of wood ear.
The noodles are as thin as medium-thick and thin noodles.
Both cospa and taste are good.
Next is the challenge of green onion salt ramen.
It was very delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元のラーメン屋さん。ここのラーメンが大好きです。地元の鹿角に住んでいた頃はここの広東麺が好き過ぎて毎週食べていました。私の中では唯一無二です。
人気店でとても混んでます。日によりますが14時頃でも並んでいる。でも並んででも食べたいんですよね。回転は早いと思います。
広東麺以外にもニラそばも人気です。
A local ramen shop. I love ramen here. When I lived in my hometown of Kazuno, I liked Cantonese noodles here so much that I ate them every week. It is unique in me.
It's very crowded at popular stores. It depends on the day, but it is lined up even around 14:00. But I want to eat it side by side. I think the rotation is fast.
Besides Cantonese noodles, garlic soba is also popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ めちゃくちゃ美味しいとの評判を聞いて行ってきました。
おすすめは広東麺とニラそばとネギ塩ラーメンのようですが、気分的に味噌が食べたくてネギ味噌ラーメンを頂きました。
濃厚なスープでとても美味しかったですが、おすすめを食べなかったので、☆4つにしておきます。
今度おすすめを食べたら、次は☆5つになるかもしれませんね！
