店の前を通る時いつもガラガラなので期待はしてなかったが、
安くても金を取るならまともなものを食わせて欲しい。
おまけにおやじは漫画に夢中。そんな暇あったらもっとラーメン勉強しろ。

カウンターで10席ほどの小さいお店です。つけ麺やラーメンがメインで、今回は辛味噌ラーメンをオーダーしました。なかなか強めの辛味噌とベースのスープ相性が良くて美味しかったです。付属の辛味噌を追加すると、スープとライスでよく合うと思います。
スープの旨味なのか、とてもコクがある出汁がよく出ていて、化学調味料的なものが少ないようにも感じました。次回は醤油を試してみたいとおもいます。
I visited the store for the first time today.
It is a small shop with about 10 seats at the counter. Mainly tsukemen and ramen, this time I ordered spicy miso ramen. The strong spicy miso and the base soup went well together and it was delicious. If you add the included spicy miso, the soup and rice will go well together.
Perhaps it was the taste of the soup, the soup stock was very rich, and I felt that there were few chemical seasonings. Next time I would like to try soy sauce.
