筒	筒井大介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕方頃、初訪問でした。クラシック家系であっさりめです。やや乳化気味なのかな。スープ量は多めで飽きない味でした。熱々なのもよいです。麺は酒井製麺、普通で丁度よかったです。白の丼が新鮮でした。次回はトッピングとサイドメニューも合わせて頼みたいです。 It was my first visit in the evening. m	moto s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は川崎競輪場で打ち合わせがあるその前にどこかでラーメン食べたいなぁと思いこちらのお店へ！ 2日連続の家系なり(^^) 場所は川崎競輪場から本当にすぐ近く 1キロくらいかな？大島上町とい住所なります外観はシンプルな赤い看板で、オーソドックスな家系という感じ「ラーメンショップ」と書かれているのどういう意味だろう？不思議に思いながら店内へ！そういえば最近「ラーメンショップ」は行ってないなぁ(^^) 店内はカウンターのみ標準的な家系のお店の広さまだ11:30くらいだったので、店内は空いてましたさて、今日もお約束の、【ラーメン並味玉】【ライス】に決定！お好みは今日も【ふつう】です安定のやつね(^^) そういえば川崎でランチ食べることって、あんまりなかったなぁと思いながら待っていると、【ラーメン並味玉】【ライス】が到着！若いお兄さん2人で作ってましたが、なんだか作りかた雑だなぁトッピングの扱いかたとか、、、丁寧ではない見た目もあまり美しくはない醤油は弱めのあっさり系だなぁとは、一目見てなんとなくわかるでは、まずはスープから一口とう〜ん、、、あっさりというか「薄い」という印象サラッとしており水っぽい油はけっこう入っており、オイリーであるが、旨みは少ないダシが出きってないのかな？麺は定番の酒井製麺で普通チャーシューは固くてボソボソだなぁ唯一、味玉はしっかり味が染み込んでいて良かった！これが、昔懐かしい【家系ラーメン】で、これくらいあっさりしている方が好きとう方は、別にいいと思います！私はちょっとないかなあ〜ごちそうさまでした We have a meeting at Kawasaki Velodrome today Before that, I wanted to eat ramen somewhere, so I went to this shop! か	かっちゃん。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3年ぶりに本店来訪。よく喋る店員さんは相変わらず。茎わかめラーメン硬めオーダー。5分ほどで着丼。丼ぶりが白に変わっている。見た目薄い。榎町と比べて味薄く旨味も少なめ。麺の硬さは申し分なし。薬味は各箇所になく頼むと冷蔵庫から出てきてその後は使い回し状態で紅生姜ナシ…（榎町はあるのに）。またしばらく行きません。やっぱり榎町が間違いない。 Visited the head office for the first time in 3 years. え	えむ5 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【川崎家】※本牧家系譜こちらは名前の通り、川崎にありますが駅だと小田栄になるのかな？本牧家出身の老舗ですね。榎町に支店もあります。スープは大寸胴2つでしっかり炊いていていい香りがします。酒井の杉印の麺は、中寸胴で茹でて平ザルで上げていました。店内はなかなか老舗感がありますね。この系列でおなじみの紅ショウガも置いてありました。スープはバランス型です。鶏油はそこそこの量が浮いていますが、ほんのり香る感じ。豚骨感はほどよく出汁感を感じられますが醤油感も控えめ。だいぶ乳化気味なので、マイルドさを感じる味わいです。スープ量はたっぷり入っていて最後まで熱々でした。酒井の麺は少しツルっとしてモッチリ感は申し分なし。美味しいですね。チャーシューは肩ロースで少し小さめ。柔らかくホロホロな食感でした。味付けは控えめで、このスープにも合ってました。ほうれん草は量は普通。柔らかいですが美味しかったです。海苔増しは7枚。大きさや厚さは普通。少し緑色っぽい海苔でした。うん。スープが多くてお腹いっぱい。そして熱々でベロやけどしました。これは飽きが来ない味わいですね。しょっぱいのが好きな方なら味濃いめくらいがいいかも。雰囲気があっていいお店でした。ラーメン+海苔増し。 [Kawasaki family] * Honmoku family tree As the name suggests, this is in Kawasaki Will it be Odasakae at the station? M	Mr JIN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から少し離れた場所にあるため、ちょっと行きにくい感じはありますが、行ってみるとお客さんが沢山いるのにびっくり。因みに近くにコインパーキングはあります。のりらーめん（並）＋ライス、ほうれん草もトッピングしたかったのですがお休み中との事でした。残念。好みは全て普通で注文。お店の方は手際が良くて、あまり待たずしてラーメンが登場。先ずは、スープがたっぷりすぎるのに驚かせられます。沢山の具材から抽出しているスープなのに惜しげもなく、それだけで贅沢だな〜と感じますね。そして酒井の麺はやっぱりうまい。麺にスープがよく絡みます。すすり過ぎると飛び跳ねもスゴいので要注意ですね。個人的に酒井の麺は、普通か柔かめをお願いして、ツルツルな喉ごし感も楽しんでいます（笑）それにしてもバランスの良い美味しいラーメンです。いつも通り、ライスに胡椒を振りかけ、スープがよく絡んだ麺をライスにバウンドさせ、すする。もう最高ですね！あっという間の完食、満足でした。ご馳走様でした。 It's a little far from the station, so it's a little difficult to get to, but when I went there, I was surprised to find a lot of customers.
