p	pakun makun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家系に嵌り食べ歩きしており、此の見せの系譜を辿ると吉村家独立2号店「本牧家」になる事から期待させて全部普通でラーメンをオーダーさせて頂きました。評価を公平にするこ為に普通で頂きます店内に入る前から豚骨臭が漂っており期待して待ちましたがスープを飲んで感じたのは 1 兎に角薄い味 2 塩分を感じないが飲みやすいとはならず 3 家系スープは茶色だが工場スープの様に白 4 乳化されてる感が限りなく少ない麺は酒井製麺所から取り寄せておりますが平皿は使用しておりませし、家系の醍醐味である燻製チャーシューは一般的で燻製感は無し。失礼ながら繁盛している家系は緊張感が有りますが全く伝わらずトータルすると工場スープと良い勝負で残念な結果になってしまいました。 ◯家系を食べ歩きしてると此処に全く別物の味付けを知る事になり驚きです。 I've been eating and eating in the family tree, and when I traced the genealogy of this show, I expected that it would become the second Yoshimuraya independent store "Honmaki family", so I ordered all the ramen as normal.
