しょうが塩ラーメンを食べました。
ちょっと冒険かとおもいきや予想以上に上手く生姜味とスープの旨味がベストマッチでした。
看板メニューでもいいくらいでした。
I went for the first time today.
I ate ginger salt ramen.
It was a little adventurous, and the ginger taste and the soup taste were the best match.
The signboard menu was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お仕事で高梁のラーメン屋さんへ。風林火山ラーメンを注文。野菜たっぷり肉もたっぷり大満足でした。共は牛スジラーメンを注文。味が濃かったみたい、風林火山はもうちょっと味が濃くても良いかと思いました。色んなラーメンがあるので次回は違うものにチャレンジしてみようと思います。
I went to a ramen shop in Takahashi for work. I ordered Fubayashi Volcano Ramen. I was very satisfied with the meat with plenty of vegetables. They ordered beef tendon ramen. It seems that the taste was strong, and I thought that Furinkazan could have a slightly stronger taste. There are various types of ramen, so next time I'll try something different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今、高梁市に行っていただくのは、こちらのお店のラーメンです。
今日は、お店の人に勧められた「みそとんこつラーメン」と炒飯をいただきました。
「みそとんこつ」は、豚骨出汁の味噌味に粉唐辛子が入っています。
ピリ辛と言われましたが、もう少し辛めでした。
麺は、中細縮れ麺です。
具は、
大きめの豚バラチャーシューが2枚、3cm位に切ったモヤシがたくさん、半個分のスライスされた茹で卵、青ネギ、支那竹、微塵切りニンニクが入っています。
「みそとんこつ」と言うより「辛味噌ラーメン」って感じですが、大変美味しくいただきました。
また来ます。

シジミラーメン
久し振りの高梁のラーメンです。
張り出されたメニューを見て気になったシジミラーメンを頼みました。
スープは透明感があります。
出汁は鶏と豚がメインでシジミ感は強くありませんが、独特の弱い苦味があります。
味は塩味で、見た目通りのあっさり味です。
麺はやや細め(多分22番)のストレートです。
具はモヤシ、シナチク、ワカメ、青ネギ、茹で玉子、たっぷりのシジミです。
シジミ自体は小さいので食べにくいのですが、貝類は好きなのでO.K.
大変美味しくいただきました。

Clam ramen
This is Takahashi ramen after a long absence.
I asked for a clam ramen that I was interested in after seeing the overhanging menu.
The soup is transparent.
The soup stock is mainly chicken and pork, and although it does not have a strong clam feeling, it has a unique weak bitterness.
The taste is salty and it is as light as it looks.
The noodles are slightly thin (probably number 22) straight.
The ingredients are bean sprouts, seaweed, wakame seaweed, green onions, boiled eggs, and plenty of freshwater clams.
The clam itself is small, so it's hard to eat, but I like shellfish, so OK.
It was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌豚骨ラーメンを頂きました。ピリ辛、チャーシューもとろっとして美味しかったです。お店の場所が分かりにくいです。高梁は道が狭く一方通行も多いので気おつけて下さい。
I had miso pork bone ramen. The spicy and char siu was delicious. The location of the shop is difficult to understand. Please note that Takahashi has narrow roads and many one-way streets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに適当な飯屋さんが無かったので、ここにふらりと寄りました。
おばさんお一人でやっているようですね。
表の電光掲示板に「肉味噌ぶっかけラーメン」と表示されていたので、食べてみようと思って入ったのですが、やっていないとのこと・・・
「ぶっかけラーメン」なら出来るとのことだったので、やむを得ず、それを注文しました。
出てきたのは、冷やし中華の酸味が極力抑えられた感じのもの。
この日は暑かったので、冷たい麺は嬉しかったですが、なにか物足りなかったですね。
店内には大食いのランキングが書かれていて、最高12玉食べた学生がランキング１位になっていました。

近くに住んでいたら行くのかも知れませんが、遠くから足を運んで食べに行くのはオススメ出来ません。
It looks old and there are few parking lots. Certainly two or three.
If you live nearby, you may go there, but it is not recommended to go to eat from afar.
